America ~ Land of the Free Because of the Brave!!

More than 231 years ago a group of patriots gathered together to consult among themselves the formation of a new nation:
one 'conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.'

They further expounded, 'that they are endowed with certain inalienable rights,' and that those rights are God-given!

After much debate and questioning, they drafted two sacred and honorable documents known as, 'The Constitution of the United States of America,' and 'The Declaration of Independence.' Those 'special' documents have held us together all these years through famine and depression, wars and strife, recessions and plenty.

Those great men signed their names to these documents in much danger and great peril. Knowing they might lose their lives and property, and families, they gave forth their signatures as a means of total commitment to this 'new nation' we now call America.

America: She stands as the greatest bastion of freedom the world has ever known.

She holds forth her lamp of truth and liberty so all of humankind may see.

She gives forth her youngest, her brightest, her bravest and her best so that freedom for all might prevail upon the four corners of the earth.

America has lasted through many severe times of trial to become mighty and powerful as a nation. From great poverty to massive wealth, she has given her resources to every nation on the face of this great globe. She has demanded nothing in return for it!

A few short days ago, you were asked to cast your ballot for the President of the United States of America. I hope that you prayed hard and long before you voted.

Now, we are being asked to "take a stand" in a different way. We are asked to "Stand Up for the Constitution!" This is a very noble request ~ one of which all of us will have to "fight" day and night for as we progress. It is beneath our dignity, and those who have preceded us, to allow one to be President who has so many "questionable elements" surrounding him/her person. Such is the case with the current "president-elect!"

The "stand" which we are being asked to take requires deep commitment, intestinal fortitude-(guts!), stamina, and an attitude of "Bullishness!" Do YOU have what it takes?

In the Bible we are commanded to be “faithful and loyal” to God and to our posterity. That means that we are to be faithful to our children, our children’s children and to one another – our spiritual posterity. I commit to you today that I will be loyal to Almighty God, and to you – my brothers and sisters of America in this loyal and worthy cause.

I will be praying to God that He will be merciful to us, and to our nation, and that He will bring us to our knees in repentance to Him, and that He will forgive us of all our sins as a nation, and as a people, for we have strayed from His Word and from His Holy paths and need his forgiveness.

I offer you one Warning today, however: remember that all who "come aboard" here at this Website will NOT be faithful, and loyal, in this Call we have issued. There will be even "plants" among us! But they will not deter us from the Right path! They will not harm us, or stagger us in our quest to DO what is right. We ARE on the "Right path!" And, we will NOT waver ~ we will not quit ~ We will NOT stagger at the "promises" of the Almighty granted to us in our prestigous documents given to us from our forefathers. We take a "Stand" here and now in the same level of commitment as with Patrick Henry:
"I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"

I ask you to receive this today from me and be mindful also that God is a loving God, and gracious, and will forgive us and “heal our land” – If we will just ask Him. I ask you to bend the knee and bow before a Holy God – the Almighty God of heaven and earth, and ask Him once again to bless America with His favor and grace.

Today, I ask one more thing of you -- that you rise up in greatness, freedom and liberty -- not only to enjoy the benefits and graces of America, but to maintain them and to propel them forward into the future for others to 'enjoy,' and for the benefit of our great people, for "this land is my land," and this land is your land, and We are Americans! To Him we are thankful!

On to Victory!!

Charles what a wonderful admonishment. The baton has indeed been handed to us at this point in time to protect and defend and maintain our American liberties. May God bless us as we do all we can and then stand, therefore. Let us be faithful, diligent, and fervent in prayer. Let us be bold enough to speak to our friends and relatives reminding them that the only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. And let us remember that God sees our hearts, in that we are unified in purpose to uphold our constitution and to hold those who are in our government responsible to fulfill their duty to do the same. Give our judges, secretaries of state, governors, and electors the courage to do what is right and just over what is popular or cowardice. May Almighty God look with favor upon us as His humble servants and continue to open blind eyes. May He remove the deception of liberalism that has brought us to this historical low in our ethics and morals as individuals and as a nation. And may God accept our repentance and reward our efforts and heal our land. Amen.
