Excerpts;

 (the) batch of emails released Monday from Huma Abedin, Clinton's deputy chief of staff at the State Department, shows how Clinton Foundation donors sought favors. Not all requests appear to have been granted, but the coziness between State and the Clinton family charity raise questions about the integrity of Hillary's promise to President Obama to build a firewall between the two institutions when she became his secretary of state.

Among examples reported by The Washington Post:

Cites; Sports executive Casey Wasserman $5 to 10M $3.13M to Bill.

The crown prince of Bahrain, Salman bin Hamad al-Khalifa $50,000

One crucial fact is no longer in dispute: Foundation donors got access to the State Department. that's Pay for Play regardless of the amount. Even once is reprehensible.

Judicial Watch FOIA Suit;

The emails became public through a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, and were among 725 pages of Abedin's correspondence. The stash also included 20 emails between Abedin and Clinton that weren't included in the 55,000 pages previously provided to State. Meanwhile, the FBI has turned over about 15,000 other emails and documents to State that were discovered during the agency's investigation of Clinton's private server. Judicial Watch is trying to get these released as well. In the meantime, a State Department spokesman says that many of them were plainly personal. [See the Gowdy interview].

Excerpts;

In an exclusive Kelly File interview, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) said there's "no reason in the world" that the FBI's interviews in the Hillary Clinton email investigation are not available to the public. "You and your viewers should be able to read summaries of these witness interviews," he said.

Along with saying that not many Questions were asked of the witnesses about the issue of intent. ( That intent could determine Indictment) he also said that some of the information in the emails was so sensitive that members of Congress couldn't even see the identities of the people who sent them.

That makes me want to revisit the FBI/DOJ decision to NOT indict.

On the Record 8/23/16 FULL: Congress Demands FBI Give More Info on Hillary Clinton Investigation!

It seems that members of Congress share my desire to get to the truth of the situation that Hillary created.

Now lets hear from Hillary in her own words many many differing words, what she has to say this time about the E-Mail Scandal. You must go to the source link to see the video.

Excerpts;
3/10/15 Hillary's first public remarks;
Clinton addressed her email server in a news conference at the United Nations March 10, 2015.

"When I got to work as secretary of state, I opted for convenience to use my personal email account, which was allowed by the State Department, because I thought it would be easier to carry just one device for my work and for my personal emails instead of two ... Looking back, it would've been better if I'd simply used a second email account and carried a second phone, but at the time, this didn't seem like an issue," she said.

The State Department Inspector General's report shows a difference between Clinton's account and the State Department's policy at the time of her tenure.  Clinton's exclusive use of a private server was a violation of the rules. The report also said the inspector general "found no evidence that the secretary requested or obtained guidance or approval to conduct official business via a personal email account on her private server" and that she did not meet her "obligation to discuss using her personal email account to conduct official business."

At that March 10, 2015, news conference at the U.N., Clinton said that after she left office, "the State Department asked former secretaries of state for our assistance in providing copies of work-related emails from our personal accounts. After months of investigation, the FBI determined that it was "likely" that there were work-related emails that were not handed over to investigators, FBI Director James Comey said July 5, 2016.

Sept. 8, 2015, Hillary apologises; During an interview with ABC News’ David Muir, Clinton said the use of two separate accounts was "a mistake." "What I had done was allowed, it was above board. But in retrospect, certainly, as I look back at it now, even though it was allowed, I should've used two accounts. One for personal, one for work-related emails. That was a mistake. I'm sorry about that. I take responsibility.

Feb 2, 2016, In a debate with Sen. Bernie Sanders in New Hampshire, Clinton said she had "absolutely no concerns about" the investigation. "I never sent or received any classified material," she said. Comey's July announcement painted a different picture. He said that 110 emails in 52 email chains were determined to contain some form of classified information at the time they were sent. Comey also specified that Clinton was on seven of those chains that were classified as top secret.

July 3, 2016, Hillary talks about FBI interview, On Saturday, July 2, Clinton "gave a voluntary interview" to the FBI that was "about her email arrangements," according to a statement from her spokesman Nick Merrill, and the interview lasted about three and a half hours.

July 31, 2016, Clinton said in an interview with Fox News that the FBI said she had been "truthful" to the public. Cormey said she had been  ”extremely careless,” Then, when Clinton was asked Aug. 6 on Fox about her “truthful” comment, she said she may have "short-circuited" her answer.

Aug22, 2016, Hillary makes light of the pending release of e-mails.  So we’ve already released, I don’t know, 30,000 plus so what’s a few more," The few emails that she referenced are the nearly 15,000 emails that the State Department received from the FBI earlier this month. Those are the ones Gowdy wants released, and Congress wants more information on.

The voters also need all the Information so they can make an Informed decision come November.

You can see the similarities between the Clinton Charity Foundation and the George Soros Charity Foundations.
