Dear Fellow Patriot,
Bureaucrats in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) are trying to ban firearms accessories.
Led by Obama appointee Thomas E. Brandon, the ATF is doing an end-run around Congress and President Trump.
And they are working to silence gun owners who oppose their scheme by making public input as difficult as possible.
Their first target is banning "bump stocks," but that's just the low hanging fruit. They will go right on to restricting other accessories like magazines, scopes and even ammunition if we let them get away with it.
No government agency, especially Obama's ATF thugs, should have more power to take away your God-given right to keep and bear arms!
That's why it's VITAL that you tell the ATF "NO" by signing your petition to STOP the Firearms Accessory Ban.
For Freedom,
Dudley Brown
President
National Association for Gun Rights
WHEREAS: The Right of the People to keep and bear arms is protected by the U.S. Constitution; and
WHEREAS: The right to keep and bear arms includes the right to own accessories for those arms; and
WHEREAS: The ATF has determined at least ten times that "bump stocks" are nothing more than firearm accessories; and
WHEREAS: Regulating any firearm accessory, including "bump stocks" could open up the floodgates, creating precedence to target any other firearm accessory;
THEREFORE: I urge you to leave the lawmaking up to Congress and stop trying to regulate firearm accessories. The National Association for Gun Rights will keep me informed of your actions.
