Posted for Informational & Educational Purposes In An Attempt To ALERT the Public To Our Vanishing Rights. This Is Complete With The Playing Of The Race Card To Encourage Class Warfare ( IMHO) And Stresses Social Justice Instead of EQUAL JUSTICE As The Constitution Requires.

Citizens for Sustainable Liberty    CALL TO ACTION !!!    USDA Environmental Justice Strategic Plan  Public Comment Period Deadline:  January 7, 2012 (corrected USDA email)   The cancer of environmental justice, social justice, transportation justice (every justice but equal justice) are metasticizing throughout the body politic.  The USDA has put out a document for public comment on it's Environmental Justice Strategic Plan.    Page 14 of the draft specifies that the purpose is to help minority and/or low income populations including American Indian or Alaskan Native populations.  It's time to put an end to all these "special classes" of people.  We are all Americans.  Let's not let our government put us in categories and play us off against each other.   There are 6 major goals outlined in the plan.  I have focused below on two of them with some of their agency specific programs   Please use suggested comments or write your own.  Question the very assumptions that underlie the plan-it's all about race.  Comments may be emailed to [e-mail]. My Questions and Comments on your proposed plan.

1.  Environmental Justice runs counter to the precepts of the US Constitution which is the ultimate law of the land.  The United States was founded on EQUAL justice.  This document perverts the equal justice provisions of the law by granting special priviledges to minorities and low income people. Stop playing the Race Card for your Political Agendas.

2. The document is based on Executive Order 12898.  An Executive Order is also subservient to the Constitution and should be disregarded, declared NULL & VOID, and Vacated when in conflict with Constitutional Law.

3.  USDA has settled the Pigford case based on these types of policies costing the US taxpayers billions of dollars in bogus claims of wrongly denied agricultural loans.  Your policies have NOT been beneficial to any communities except a few select groups.  This is a travesty that is being perpetrated on the taxpayer.

4.  By what authority do you write documents and regulations with policies that are counter to the Constitution? Where does the Constitution give you the authority to Legislate through Regulatory means?

5.  How much is this going to cost?  Where is the money coming from? What are the hidden earmarks?

6. If you really wanted to help the Native Americans you would push for the dissolution of the BIA and transfer the money and authority to the Tribal Councils.

7. Why the big push for UN Agenda21 & ICLEI Style programs/regulations that diminish the National Sovereignty of the United States and put our Country Technically under the Control of the UN???
