We The People USA

Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

After spineless traitor to conservatives, House Speaker, JOHN BOEHNER resigned, Tea Party Patriots and activist constitutional conservatives have a real responsibility to quickly coalesce behind a new "Speaker of the House".

One that can "start from day one" to begin to restore our constitutional rule of law, and work to reverse every single tyrannical Monarchial executive order ever issued by lawless tyrant Barack Hussein Obama.

For your consideration:

I will list below, a "suggested list of some of the leaders", that could possibly be our next conservative "SPEAKER of THE HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES".

Rep. Kevin McCarthy
As the House Republican Majority Leader, Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) may be one of the most likely choices. In 2010, McCarthy was chief architect of his party’s “Pledge to America” to cut spending and preserve the Bush-era tax cuts.

However, in 2013, he vowed that step-by-step immigration reform "would happen" and personally supported some form of “legal status” for criminal illegal alien insurgents (undocumented DemocRats), this could be a real problem.

However, he continues to use coded language against “Amnesty for criminal illegal alien insurgents” on his House website. One can only guest where his loyalties actually lay.
Rep. McCarthy has opposed efforts to raise taxes to fight fictitious fake climate change, including EPA regulation of coal-fired power plants and communist cap-and-trade.

The RINO GOP leaderships strong desire to elect Kevin McCarthy as the next Speaker should rightfully set off very serious warning flags to constitutional conservatives.

Rep. Jim Jordan
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) chairs the far-right House Freedom Caucus. He has been one of the most vocal supporters of drastic Federal spending cuts, tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans, and of reinstating a ban on open service by gay and lesbian armed service members.
Rep. Jim Jordan backed defunding the entire Department of Homeland Security over President Obama’s executive action on immigration, pushed for a voter referendum to overturn DC’s same-sex marriage law, and has opined that he believes America’s founders wanted to prohibit abortion.

Jeb Hensarling
Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) chairs the House Financial Services Committee and previously chaired both the House Republican Conference and conservative Republican Study Committee. He has denounced Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security as “cruel Ponzi schemes.”

He has defended recessions as just “a part of freedom.” And he has opposed efforts to raise the debt ceiling as “contrary to our DNA” — despite having voted for an increase under Republican President George W. Bush.
Hensarling co-chaired the unsuccessful 2011 “super committee,” where he vowed to oppose “any penny of increased static revenue.”

Rep. Louis Gohmert, R-TX
Rep. Louis Gohmert, R-TX, "has served in the House of Representatives for six terms and previously has run for Speaker of the House". His conservative credentials are rock solid and have stood the test of time.
Gohmert opposed the nomination of an "openly gay serviceman for Secretary of the Army" because sexual abuse exists and increasing the focus of the US Army on Gay Sexuality instead of killing people and breaking things is a severe and serious distraction, and a source of increasing bad morale in the military.

Rep. Louis Gohmert co-sponsored articles of impeachment against the tyrannical EPA Administrator.

Rep. Louis Gohmert was a signer of the Congressional waring letter to Iran and is solidly against the Nuclear Iran deal and giving the Iatollah 150 billion dollars..

Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01) introduced a resolution in the U.S. House of Representatives that would declare the Iran Nuclear Deal the Treaty that it actually is. He released the following statement regarding his resolution:

“An executive agreement is one that is non-binding on a country. It may be discarded at any time. An executive agreement cannot amend any existing treaties. President Obama and his administration have said that the Iran deal is not binding so it does not require a Congressional vote.  On March 11, 2015 regarding the Iran deal, John Kerry unequivocally and blatantly stated that he was, ‘not negotiating a legally binding plan.’ Now we have seen it, so we know that was a lie!

We now know – the Iran deal does amend existing, Congressionally ratified treaties to which the United States is a signatory; and, the Iran agreement will be a legally binding agreement that changes them.

“Article II of the U.S. Constitution says the President ‘shall have the power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur.’ The Constitution cannot be amended by passing legislation as was attempted with the Corker bill. Now that we’ve read the Iran deal, we know it’s a Treaty; and, therefore, it requires two-thirds of the Senate to vote for it.

“Why in the world would Republican leaders in the U.S. House and Senate still willingly ignore the Constitutional requirement of a two-thirds vote in the Senate to ratify the Iran Treaty? Why would they risk a nuclear holocaust by refusing to follow the Constitution and stop the disastrous Iran Treaty? It’s important to recall the President’s illegal, unconstitutional amnesty that Republican leaders said "we’d stop", “if voters gave us the majority in both Houses”. Liars.

The Speaker of the House John Boehner even said, ‘We are going to fight this tooth and nail;’ but, Speaker John Boehner and many RINO's in the House completely capitulated to Obama, they buckled like a piece of wet tissue paper. Exactly as some of us rightly expected the weak RINO Obama enablers to do.

Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz:

Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the powerful House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has launch a run for speaker of the House, NBC News confirms.

The Utah congressman’s entry into the race, which he will officially announce 10/4/15, sets up a contentious fight for the speaker-ship with present House Majority Leader Rep Kevin McCarthy, viewed as the overwhelming frontrunner by the GOP establishment.

Some Republicans have become very wary of McCarthy’s chances in recent days following his foolhardy comments indicating that the House Select Committee on Benghazi was formed to hurt Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, rather than to investigate the 2012 attacks in Libya, and the brutal sodomy, rape, and murders of four Americans.

McCarthy said: “Everybody thought Hillary Clinton was unbeatable, right? But we put together a Benghazi Special Committee, a select committee. What are Hillary's numbers today? Her numbers are dropping,” short-sighted McCarthy foolishly said on Fox News Tuesday.

McCarthy since has tried to clarify his ridiculous remarks, saying he did not intend to suggest the Congressional investigation is political. What a fool.

Chaffetz has been critical of his GOP colleague McCarthy following the foolish comments, but previously indicated he would still support Rep McCarthy if he is nominated.

“I’m very supportive of Kevin McCarthy, but those statements are just absolutely inappropriate, they should be withdrawn, and Mr. McCarthy should apologize,”Chaffetz said on liberal MSNBC on Thursday.

POLITICO first reported Chaffetz’ surprise run on Friday. His office would not respond to repeated requests for formal comment.

Republicans will vote on leadership positions Oct. 8, but no date has been set yet for the entire House to vote for speaker.

Conservative Rep. Daniel Webster (R) Florida:

In a little over a month, House Speaker John Boehner will step down from Congress and commence a retirement that seems likely to involve an office on K Street and a big jump in his net worth. Before he packs his bags, RINO traitor to conservatives, John Boehner hopes to see Rep. Kevin McCarthy voted in as his progressive successor to continue to enable Obama, Pelosy, and Reid.

But standing in his way is the same caucus of recalcitrant reactionaries who pushed John Boehner into early retirement. Now they have another possible Speaker candidate to throw their weight behind: Rep. Daniel Webster.

Here’s an introduction on the Florida Man, looking to inherit Boehner's gavel.

This isn't his first time running: Less than 24 hours before the House voted for its Speaker last January , which handily reelecting Boehner, Webster had thrown his hat into the ring.

For weeks, a group of conservatives had been trying to orchestrate a coup, but they had struggled to find anyone willing to accept the “political costs and retaliation” of an almost-certain defeat.

Webster finally took on that suicide mission, and ended up finishing in second place with 12 votes, 206 short of ousting Boehner.

Doing so, then cost Rep Webster his seat on the House Rules Committee.

But his willingness to come at the RINO King, has bolstered his reputation with Boehner’s skeptics in the House’s Tea-Party-driven “Freedom Caucus.”

Rep. Daniel Webster's base is Florida's evangelical community:

Before being elected to Congress, Webster spent nearly three decades in the Florida state legislature. For two of those years, he served as the “Speaker of Florida’s House of Representatives”, a resume item that he has touted heavily in his bid for Speaker of the house of representatives..

These are "the most likely", House members for us to coalesce behind as our new "Speaker of the House".

All opinions are fully valid, as long as the majority of us undestand our need to be flexible and to "quickly coalesce behind one person", to serve as our new "Speaker of the House".

"FAILURE TO DO SO QUICKLY, PUTS US AT RISK ON BEING IRRELEVANT." Then the process will advance without our opinions being validated.

"Silence in the face of tyranny implies your consent to that tyranny".
