Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

In light of the similarity between the actions of King George III and the current federal government a reissuance of the Declaration of Independence is not only appropriate but very necessary.  We the people have suffered long beyond "while evils are sufferable" and have tried diligently to persuade our elected "representatives" to listen to our demands that they adhere to the Constitution but they continually refuse to obey their employers, We the People.  Now even the "supreme court" ignores our founding document to impose their personal will on citizens. Bureaucrats unlawfully impose regulations on every aspect of liberty.  The despotism at the federal level has reached well beyond acceptance and as a result the federal government must be abolished.

that is why I call for abolishing the federal government and starting again with the original Constitution and term limits.

Bob, the reason they can ignore the Constitution and get away with it is because of the provisions in the 14th that have been interpreted by the Progressive faction over the last hundred years to set up what is happening. The words "No State Shall" is the opening for the feds to do anything they wanted to do and it also destroyed the checks and balances, overrode the 10th amendment, and allowed the litigation by the Supreme Court to do what they have done on things like Anchor Babies. It also allowed Congress to have more power and control over the States. The combination of the 14th,16th,and 17th have turned the Constitution upside down and all three must be repealed to restore the original checks and balances and give the States control back over the Federal Government if we really want to restore what we can of the Republic. That would be the necessary First Step.

M,

I support the Article V issue but those who ignore what we have now will also ignore the results of an Article V.

We the People are merely subjects to the politicians!!!!!

Bob, If we want to do that, there is a method the Founders put in the Constitution for the People to use in just such a situation. It's Article V Through it we can legally, peacefully, and Constitutionally address the excesses of the Federal Governments overreach. All we have to do is to use it.
