The establishment specializes in the old fashion bait-and-switch. It knows the people are sick and tired of government as usual and they want change.

Obama was billed as Mr. Hope and Change. But once installed in the White House, he immediately continued and expanded the Bush agenda, that is to say the agenda of the political establishment. Barry, like his predecessor, is little more than a frontispiece, a teleprompter reader for the elite.

Now that we’re fed up with Obama, it is time for the next round of phony change. That change will likely be represented by reformulated Tea Party Republicans Ted Cruz and Rand Paul.

The faux government shutdown with its intense partisan squabbling and meticulously orchestrated theatrics provided Cruz and the reformulated Tea Party Republicans with a stage to present themselves as the answer to politics as usual. According to the script, a staid GOP dominated by the likes of old guard John McCain and John Boehner is afraid of Cruz and the supposedly renegade faction of Tea Party activists in the House. But it’s all show business.

Charles, I think  the establishment loving posters here have been dealt a dose of reality. They have their noses rubbed in it by the very ones they support. We can not beat on them to much. I have been fooled by this type of rigged politics back in the Bush senior days. That is when I became aware of the dirt bags in politics...I am happy that the dirt bags have been unveiled like they have. Those who have been fooled will need time to adjust. We need them to join forces and unite under the agenda of bring liberty back. Thank God Trump is front and center in exposing this rigged game.As much as I do not like socialism I must say that Bernie is exposing the criminal element in his own way...To bad we did not have the internet back in the late eighties. We would have been able to shut it down before all the cancer started eroding at our foundation.

they won't join forces and i must say at this point seeing that cruz is just another establishment pawn i won't join forces either. Sorry , that's how i feel. Watching cruz followers rationalizing his "prowess" is making me puke!

it is much to late to try to unite the republican voters, neither Ted or Donald have the skill to do that.
