Obama has pledged to fundamentally change the United States, and has found success over the years by ramming through laws that nobody has read, creating laws through regulation, and ignoring the Constitution through executive orders.

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has announced another change, courtesy of the Obama Administration.

Those that are requesting to become US citizens, through naturalization, are required to take an Oath of Allegiance. Part of that oath reads,

“…That I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant services in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law…”

The Obama Administration is changing that wording to exempt people from combat, and non-combat services in support of the United States if, a person can demonstrate opposition to the clause,

“…based on religious training and belief or deeply held moral or ethical code.”

Major beneficiaries to this clause are those that follow the Muslim teachings, more specifically Sharia Law, that allow for any practicing Muslim to lie about their allegiance to any organization or country as long as it furthers the Muslim faith. The teachings also restrict a practicing Muslim from bearing arms against another practicing Muslims.

As the United States is currently at war with radical Muslims throughout the world who use Sharia Law as an excuse to slaughter hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women, and children who do not share their fascist beliefs, it is somewhat peculiar that the Obama Administration would add a change to the Oath of Allegiance that specifically benefits Muslims who follow Shariah Law. The strangeness of this change to the oath is on par with Seattle’s Mayor, Ed Murray, who is bending over backwards for people who hold beliefs that people like him should be executed for, in their view, the crime of homosexuality.

Another bizarre addition that has been added to the Oath of Allegiance by this administration is the, “Waiver of the Oath.”

The waver states that the oath may be waived if,

“Evaluation by medical professional stating inability to understand (or communicate) the meaning of the oath due to a medical condition.”

As long as you can claim that you have follow Shariah Law or can find someone to say that you do not understand what an oath is, Barack Obama’s Administration feels that you will not have to serve in a combat or non-combat position on behalf of the United States, that you should not even have to pledge allegiance. Radicalized Muslims within the United States can now celebrate at this news.

If you told me that he was doing this ,I would say you must have heard a report wrong. .. The vast majority of people have no clue , and another big part of our citizenry, Could care less. That leaves a small amount of the citizenry left that knows and cares.Boy do we ever need a leader who will understand the truth  of it and has the desire to make a true Patriotic stand....Holy crap!!!! WHAT'S TRUE:   On 21 July 2015, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced modifications to the Oath of Allegiance that allows those becoming naturalized citizens of the U.S. to conscientiously object to military service.

WHAT'S FALSE/CONJECTURE:   President Obama directly ordered a modification to the oath of allegiance for naturalized Citizens; President Obama changed the Pledge of Allegiance; the waiver in question (pertaining to military service) is a new policy implemented by changing the oath and affects all newly-naturalized American citizns.

Origins:    On 21 July 2015, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issued a policy alert with the subject "Modifications to Oath of Allegiance for Naturalization" [PDF].

Immediately, social media users and blogs declared the policy change a fundamental threat to American tradition. Tweets (examples of which are embedded above) circulated decrying the changes, and an article titled "Obama Modifies Oath of Allegiance for New Americans, Removes Pledge to Defend the USA" stated:

New “adopted” Americans won’t have to pledge to defend the USA. Yes, you heard it right! Obama’s administration removed the lines that required that.

So that means that in an age when people are streaming here to pretend to become Americans in order to commit acts of terror, now Obama won’t even ask them to voice the words that they will defend the USA.

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal told Breitbart that the policy update was "ridiculous," and (inaccurately) claimed USCIS was "changing" the oath:

I think the President needs to fire the director immediately. I think Congress needs to pass a law to stop them from changing the oath. Let’s be honest here, immigration without assimilation is invasion. We’ve always said the people coming here have to want to be Americans otherwise why are they coming here in the first place?

While the exhortations quoted above ranged from blogs to sitting governors, a key detail was lost in translation. The policy update's stated purpose was "to clarify the eligibility requirements for modifications to the Oath of Renunciation and Allegiance for naturalization," and its "Background" portion explained that extant conditions already allowed for a waiver from portions of the oath that conflicted with one's deeply held beliefs or religious tenets:

In general, a naturalization applicant must take an oath of allegiance in a public ceremony, in addition to meeting other eligibility requirements, in order to naturalize. The oath includes the clauses to bear arms on behalf of the United States and to perform noncombatant service in the U.S. armed forces when required by law. An applicant may be eligible for certain modifications to the oath to exclude the clauses based on religious training and belief or a conscientious objection. This guidance updates Volume 12 of the Policy Manual to clarify the eligibility requirements for the modifications.

A Muslim, by sharia, is allowed to lie,  if it is to advance their religion. So to them taking the oath means nothing.

Then one needs to question those who serve in the military to gain citizenship.  Of those who use this route to obtain citizenship, how well vetted are they in the eligibility of citizenship? If you review the Eligibility Worksheet, it means nothing if the reviewing staff only  goes by the answers the applicant knows the Department wants to hear, much like the shooters so called vetting process!!!!!!  A Pandora's box has already been allowed to open and who knows if a type of "Bergdahl" is learking among the ranks.  There are two flight students from Afghanistan missing and were to have been vetted as well.  Under just these examples alone, then add the actions of vetted persons so far, the call to halt and review entry to the US is viable.  Yet the DNC and all it's minions are using a not so well stated approach to the security of the country to become the battle cry that the GOP is a monster against American principles.  Of course nothing could be further from the truth, but truth will never prevail under the push to destroy the country under the existing Constitution, but under a re-written Constitution made foul by an ideology that runs against the very fabric of what this country was founded.  Talk about a WAR AGAINST WOMEN!!!!!! The very nature that women are seen as trash by any one needs to be eradicated from the face of the Earth, and where the hell is the so called UN Committee for Human Rights on all this Radical Islamic mess?  As always... NO WHERE, just like that thing that sits in the WH tearing away at the fabric of this country.  Shame on anyone that tries to say that the GOP is the enemy of anything where the actions of the DNC is in lock step to the very actions that will take all of us down a really dark hole with now viable way to return.

This upcoming election is the GOP's to loose, and if the Grand Old Party doesn't want to become a faded memory, it better get its act together.  Think before you do was a motto my M'orai often said and I believe it hold true more so now. 

Restructuring any oath, ignoring the intent of infiltrators and taking the word of "strangers" who want us all DEAD historically flies in the face of common sense. 

We are now forgetting the lessons of the past and are now repeating just how ignorant we have become.
