Clinton does not even admit the system is rigged..The DNC gave the republicans a gift...Wasserman schultz resigns and hillary acts like nothing wrong...Yea bernie`s people are pissed for sure.

I must confess I know next to nothing about Australian political parties, but I do believe you could modify that post to fit the Australian party of choice just to lampoon them for the fun of it. I do have some friends in Jamboroo the wife and I met in Alaska on a vacation/holiday but we never talked politics.

I don't know an Aussie who hasn't got their eyes glued to their television watching how the candidates are fairing up there, we might as well be your 51st state. It completely surprised me the extent of knowledge my fellow Aussies have about politics in the United States, posted on message boards etc

Trump is the attraction, he's the best advertisement America has ever had, if that makes sense. And the political divide is much the same here as up there regarding Trump and Clinton

Unfortunately our major parties and their many supporters believe in only limited freedom and liberty for citizens, there are some controls they would never relinquish, but those control freak parties are gradually losing votes to minor parties being elected to the Senate. Our major parties made an effort to rid the Senate of "nuisance" members, in our fed election in June just gone, by making a change to the voting system, but it failed, it had the opposite affect, even an anti-muslim immigration party had some members elected. If there's need for a fence, that party surely needs one lol given the abuse thrown at them before, during and after elections

But the population is coming around to listening to them because they received a substantial vote, and that needs to be respected, it's being said. The irony is that the population sees Compulsory voting, which is enforced with an iron fist down here, is somehow free and democratic, but they love it. They vote under duress and very happy to, then complain when non-establishment parties get elected by people who may not feel like voting, but have to, or who put in a protest vote, or who simply agree with the policies of minor parties
