Obama’s corrupt scheme to regulate the Internet is open for a new public comment period

This week one of the centerpieces of Obama’s corrupt scheme to regulate the Internet is open for a new public comment period – and it’s up to us to make sure the liberal activist groups aren’t the only voices heard.

Tell the FCC to Stop Obama’s Corrupt Internet Regulations!

Obama’s so-called privacy order would rapidly lead to more intrusive regulation, undermine investment incentives, and reward politically connected cronies to the detriment of free-market competition and consumer welfare.

Obama’s rogue FCC muscled-out the Federal Trade Commission (which has applied privacy rules to every company on the Internet, designed to address real consumer harms) to pass this order to benefit Obama’s political cronies.

This FCC regulation imposes expensive, onerous restrictions on Internet services providers with a small market share of consumer data, while exempting Obama-connected tech companies like Google and Facebook which have vastly more access to consumer data.

Tell the FCC to Repeal Obama’s Corrupt Internet Regulations!

This comment period ends Monday and we know the liberal activist groups will pour comments in urging the new Trump FCC to back down. They are already howling because the FCC sensibly delayed an aspect of the rules.

Thanks for all you do.
