 Why Judge Moore will never be a Senator

​As a retired cop I have been rolling this Judge Moore thing around in my head over and over, NOT because I am obsessed with Judge Moore, but because something else is going on and I couldn't quite figure it out.   The more this drama unfolds, the more we learn, and the clearer the "hidden agenda" becomes.   It both IS and is NOT about Judge Moore.  

True, Judge Moore is a conservative and, as such, is persona non gratis in the Washington Establishment.   There is no way they want him anywhere near D.C., let alone the Senate.   They will do whatever it takes, including incurring the wrath of the voters, to keep him out.   That much is true.

Judge Moore has pledged to support Trump and his agenda, something the Establishment is dead-set against.   That, too, is true.  

But, that does not explain why the GOP, with only the slimmest of majorities in the Senate, would be willing to sacrifice a seat to a far Left-Wing Democrat just to keep Judge Moore out of the Senate.   Something else is afoot.  

The missing piece of the puzzle is MITCH MCCONNELL.   Steve Bannon, at least for now, supports Judge Moore.   Steve Bannon has pledged to try to remove McConnell as the Senate Majority Leader.   Judge Moore is wholly in favor of that.   As Shakespeare would say, "Therein lies the rub".

This is 100% about Mitch McConnell keeping his power -- THAT'S ALL!  

McConnell couldn't care less who Alabama sends to the Senate UNLESS he/she opposes McConnell.   Judge Moore has pledged to do exactly that.   Therefore, he must be kept out at all costs.   That is why McConnell is working behind the scenes to have him voted out even if he wins by a huge majority.   When Judge Moore is denied a rightfully earned Senate Seat, ALL HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE AND MCCONNELL COULDN'T CARE LESS!   ALL THAT IS IMPORTANT TO MCCONNELL IS MCCONNELL!

I have said this before in other venues and on other subjects, but it is still true.   The Establishment does not care if the Ship of State sinks with all hands as long as they are in charge when it does.   The "Ship" is not important, only THEY are important.  

Judge Moore will win the election and McConnell knows it, which is exactly why McConnell has started the procedure to deny him the seat.   That will allow the Governor to appoint a replacement, probably Luther Strange, a "go along to get along" McConnell supporter.   I can't prove the following, but it only makes sense.   As a safety backup plan, McConnell has secretly asked the Alabama GOP to deny Judge Moore GOP "certification" if he wins.   That would make the election null and void and the whole election process starts over from scratch, at a date and time to be selected by the Governor.   Given that Judge Moore has no money, his chances of victory are greatly diminished.   Ergo, there is no way Judge Moore will ever become a U.S. Senator.

If Judge Moore is guilty of these charges, I cannot personally support him, but that's not the point.   Alabama has a right to send whomever it wants.   It's nobody's business,  even if it is the grandson of Adolph Hitler.   So what?   They send whomever they, not we, like.  

These accusations against Judge Moore are just a distraction, a ring of shiny keys being dangled in front of the monkey, "Look here, watch the shiny keys".   The Establishment and the media are using these false accusations to distract everyone and keep yet another conservative out of Congress.   Meanwhile, McConnell is busy, behind the scenes, destroying any opposition and preserving his power.   "Any port in a storm" comes to mind.  

Sadly, too many in Congress are obsessed with sex and Political Correctness and are distancing themselves from Judge Moore.   None of them can or will see what I see.   They are blinded by their own desire for political self-preservation.   What they simply refuse to see is that they are actually committing political suicide.   

What the GOP either cannot or will not understand is that denying Judge Moore a Senate Seat will come back to bite them in the mid-terms.   As I have said before, "We The People have had just about enough"!   Many, many RINOs will be voted out next year, along with many, many Democrats.   This is a perfect opportunity for Constitutional conservatives to challenge RINOs and Democrats in the primaries.  

Rush Limbaugh came close to it yesterday when he said that people like Judge Moore cannot be allowed in the Swamp.   He either could not or would not say what I am saying.  Personally, I believe he does not yet see what is actually going on.   Even when he eventually comes to it, he may not say it.   

Laura Ingraham pooh-poohed a caller who tried to point out the glaring inconsistencies in Mrs. Nelson's "testimony", calling the caller a wannabe Columbo.   Ingraham's mind is already made up.   You can tell by her words that she believes Judge Moore is guilty.   She just cannot or will not say it.   She dances around it by saying that she is being "pragmatic".   She is closer to the Establishment than she can or will admit.   She is taking the path of least resistance.   Like the general public, she can't see that this entire controversy has nothing to do with sex, but is just about McConnell.   She cannot or will not see the forest for the trees.   

Judge Moore will NEVER become a U.S. Senator.   The Swamp is fighting back!

This morning the "news" reported that four more women have "come forward" to allege inappropriate conduct by Judge Moore.

First, this is right out of Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals", to wit, identify the target, personalize the target, attack relentlessly, destroy the target, move to the next target.   

Second, the Left, the Media, and the Establishment are trying to turn Judge Moore into the "Harvey Weinstein" of politics, painting him as a sexual predator.

Third, this will not stop until after the election, if then.   Every day or so, a new group of women will "come forward".   None of the women in this group allege anything beyond dating and/or "inappropriate" kisses.   Sadly, the facts don't matter.

As I pointed out in my last email, Judge Moore will never be allowed in the Senate.

This is exactly why I can not buy this story completely . Just having Gloria Alred doing the hit job throws up a big Red Flag for me. The establishment shadow Government pee-ons. are attacking him relentlessly.

As a retired cop, who has investigated many, many alleged crimes, I INSTANTLY had doubts.   This woman claims that she was called to the principal's office to take a phone call from Judge Moore.   Really?!   Since when are students called out of class to take a phone call unless it is a family emergency?   Then there is the fact that, AGAIN, there are no witnesses, no evidence -- ZIP!   Even IF the situation occurred as she describes, where are the witnesses?   The Principal and all the adults in the school SOME 40 YEARS AGO are most probably DEAD!   Ergo, NO WITNESSES TO CONFIRM HER STORY!   

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!   Just now, the breaking news of the day is that Senator Al Franken (who stole his election), Democrat, Minnesota, has been accused of sexual misconduct against a reporter in 2006.   BUT, this time there are witnesses AND PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE!   Gosh golly, shuckey darns, and gee whiz -- EVIDENCE?   You mean, unlike the allegations against Judge Moore, WE HAVE EVIDENCE?   And, Senator Franken has admitted it and apologized.   Imagine that!

Does this mean that Mitch McConnell will now move to have Franken, a sitting Senator, voted out of the Senate?   OR, as I previously hypothesized, is it all just about Mitch McConnell?   

This latest revelation will serve to garner votes for Judge Moore in Alabama.   That's my prediction.

When this whole Judge Moore "scandal" started, my cop instincts kicked in.

Now, Judge Moore is slowly being vindicated just in time for the election.

Mitch McConnell is on the hot seat, forced to decide if he wants to expel Al Franken.

The Democrats are on the defensive.

Many RINOs are weighing their self-imposed rush to judgement.

The Media are slobbering out Mea Culpas.

Judge Moore's "victims" are being exposed for the liars they are.

It turns out I was right all along -- about everything.

Here's why the yearbook "entry" is fake:

The signature in the yearbook is "Roy Moore/D.A."   The Democrats are so stupid that they assumed "D.A." meant District Attorney.   It doesn't.   "D.A." are the initials of his Administrative Assistant at the time.

Judge Moore presided over Mrs. Nelson's divorce.   Judge Moore's assistant had a stamp with his signature and her initials, indicating that she, not the judge, signed the papers on behalf of the judge.   This is a common practice in both government and business.   Therefore, Mrs. Nelson had the Judge's signature on her divorce papers.   

The Judge's signature was copied into the yearbook, probably via computer, to create false "evidence" that he knew Mrs. Nelson.   BUT, as previously stated, the Democrats are so stupid that they left the assistant's initials, assuming that they were part of the Judge's official signature.

I hope this clears this detail up for you and others.

Alabama GOP is standing by Roy Moore.... I would think they know him best.I hope this gets a full investigation. Need to know the truth of it.

I previously posted that I doubted that Judge Moore would be allowed to become Senator, even if elected.   I may have to retract that and issue my own "Mea Culpa".   

I have not heard that the Alabama GOP is standing by Judge Moore, but I will take your word for it.   

It appears that, as more true facts come out, Judge Moore's support will rebound.   In my opinion, the Dems launched their attacks on Judge Moore too soon, giving Judge Moore's supporters time to research and counter the complaints.   Oops!   Had they waited until about two weeks before the election, the Commie Doug Jones could very well have stolen the election.   

As they say, "Timing is everything".   

I would not be the least bit surprised if, after the election, Judge Moore sues everyone involved for everything they have and ever will have.

I have noticed that, suddenly, mysteriously, magically, the media coverage of Judge Moore is rapidly waning, replaced by coverage of Al Franken.   Oops, again!   

Hate when that happens, don't you?   :-)

Swamp draining includes the propaganda tools that Some media provide.....On another hand. I think Franken is guilty of a stupid distasteful prank. The picture of him with his hands slightly on the breasts of the sleeping girl is not a picture of a sexual predator. Just an ignorant comedian. ...We have all done something ignorant that we wished we did not do....He gets the benefit of doubt from me as well as Roy Moore.. The things Moore is charged with are very serious. If they are a pack of lie`s , I will pray that jail time is the punishment for the liar`s . Accountability is the cure for this sick cancer in our society...Mr. Moore seems ready to take this fight to the limits. He is either a very brave Patriot, or a  very sick man....I pray that God exposes the Truth of it....THAT IS WHAT WE WANT...
