The Florida Shooting is just a symptom of Serial Shooters, and Mandated Gun Free Zones

Everyone who should have acted before the fact, dropped the ball, and allowed this current tragedy to happen. The Rhetoric spouted by the Progressive MSM and politicians will only make the situation worse.

We need to find out the common denominators in shootings & eliminate them. The Foolish Progressive contention that confiscating guns will make us safer just does not work, and Gun Free Zones only serve to make kids targets. We need to know the overriding factors that contributed to all the serial shootings so we can attack the problem at it's real roots.

Gun Control is the progressives deadly lie. look how it has done nothing to stop the killings.Outlawing certain guns did nothing to stop the killings either.Lets demand real protections for our kids and our selves. Repeating Progressive folly don't work and won't work. The very Definition of insanity is repeating the same things like the progressives do with Gun Control/Gun Free Zones, and expecting a different outcome. Lets find out the real problems for once and correct them to save our kids lives.

We need to figure out the common points from Columbine on in all the shootings, and use those as a starting point to actually combat the reasons and conditions that lead to the shootings in hopes of diffusing them before anyone is killed or hurt.

Seriously though, we need to reevaluate what we have been doing, and see it in the light of reality to determine how effective it really is in the real world as opposed to the Fantasy World inhabited by the Progressive/Liberal/Socialist Gun Grabbers.I truthfully believe they don't give one Whit about it's effectiveness, as long as it conforms to their Agendas.
Since Columbine the progressives have beat the drum for Confiscation of certain guns all the while knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that action does not work with criminals and mental deficients. It only serves to disarm the law abiding populace like King George wanted to do with the Colonists.

Some observations on the existing Gun Free Zones Imposed on us by Congress;

1. Gun Free Zones as they now are = large numbers of wounded and killed, students and teachers. WHY?
You can't stop a shooter with your body alone. You need equipment and plans in place before it happens.
2. It takes Police several minutes to respond, and that time allows the shooter to hurt and kill more innocents.
You need someone on site who is trained and equipped to stop the threat.
3. There are no effective drills at most of the locations to teach proper responses on fleeing a shooter.
Comprehensive drills that actually have the means to work must be instituted.
4. There are no authorized Trained and armed staff at most of the locations who could interact and stop the shooter.
Volunteers need to be tested and evaluated before they are accepted into the program.
5.Volunteers from the staff should be Trained armed and deputized while on site grounds to be first responders to stop the threat.
Those volunteers need to be ready and able to effectively use Deadly Force against any shooter.
6. All Staff at the locations should be authorised to have Non-Lethal devices on their person during their daily tour of duty, and trained in their proper use.
Things like Stun Guns,Pepper Spray, and Tasers,m along with area denial equipment that can be deployed within seconds.
7. Procedures must be put in place in every location which will facilitate lock downs to prevent unauthorized people from having free access to areas within the site.
This will entail many drills to keep people and staff ready to do whatever it takes effectively.
8. An agreed on signal to all areas of the site to alert people on the site to duck into rooms that will then be locked to keep shooters out.
An all clear signal will also be needed to alert people to the end of the threat.
9. Area Police and fire agencies need to be included in the plans for the site and everyone will need to be well rehearsed and identifiable to all responders to prevent accidents.
This means some sort of identifier worn by the site responders to distinguish them from the shooter.
10. pull stations will need to be added just like fire pull stations so anyone who initially sees the threat will be able to set off the alarm.
Provisions for punishment for false alerts will have to be set up too.

Unfortunately the conditions we now are experiencing while still rare in the overall system, but do lend credence to a Siege mentality needing to be overcome with workable procedures that must be addressed and approved by Law Makers to correct their mistakes of the past.

There is also a key item missing in identifying these attacks - mental behavior and what medicines are being used to smooth out someone's behavior.  And bullying allowed in schools makes it worse for those in need of help. Your analysis about the need for effective solutions and what must be done, right on.

Further thoughts on the subject;

I agree with the one on the right, it still is only a stop gap, not a solution to the problem. Actually we don't even know for sure what the problem entails. We need to seriously investigate all the shootings and determine & consider all the similar factors as a starting point.

We need to see which common causative factors are evident in all the shootings. We need to stop the partisan agenda BULLSH*T and find out if we can zero in on the factors common to all the shootings/shooters and see if we can formulate a plan disrupt them before a shooting occurs

To do this, the leaders (Pro & Con),and the investigative agencies (Pro & Con),will need to rein in their pride/egos and look outside the narrow boxes they have constructed to promote their individual gun talking points and beliefs. This CAN NOT be a politicised argument by either side

All the interested parties on both sides of the issue including the Propagandized MSM must first swallow their immense egos and start working together to find the root cause of these atrocities. Is it mental derangement? Is it venomous rhetoric? Is it MSM constantly repeating it?

Is it a combination of these things, or is it some outside force directing these miscreants to engage in murderous violence? Has the Government been honest in it's evaluation and reporting of the incidents or has it decided to keep secrets that endanger us?
Considering those arguments, it is not time 2 talk Bans, controls, regulations, or anything else until we know WHAT TO REGULATE, BAN, OR CONTROL. We have missed the real root cause 100% so far, Doing the same things that have not worked & expecting them to WORK=INSANITY!!!

Isn't the poster on the right what Trump is proposing?

Basically I believe it is Marrand. I hope he pushes it through.

Interesting take on this. Is that why the armed cop didn't go in?

If These Tweets Are True, Broward FL Law Enforcement Has A LOT To Answer For!!

Lawrence Cloverfield February 23, 2018

Twitter user TheLastRefuge2 has compiled a very insane thread which potentially showcases the far-reaching restraints that law enforcement officials have turned to. Covering up crimes, turning the other cheek, and, according to this thread, potentially hiding evidence.

This is the cost of a social justice warrior society.

  1. Watch this video. People don’t understand how Broward County School Sheriff Officers operate. I’ll explain.
  2. I spent about 18 months in 2012, 2013 and 2014 investigating Broward and Miami-Dade school policies and how those policies transfer to law enforcement practices.
  3. My interest was initially accidental. I discovered an untold story of massive scale and consequence as a result of initial research into Trayvon Martin and his High School life.
  4. What I stumbled upon was a Broward County law enforcement system in a state of conflict. The Broward County School Board and District Superintendent entered into a political agreement with Broward County Law enforcement officials to stop arresting students for crimes.
  5. The motive was simple. The school system administrators wanted to “improve their statistics” and gain state and federal grant money for improvements therein.
  6. So police officials, the very highest officials of law enforcement (Sheriff and Police Chiefs), entered into a plan.
  7. As soon as Miami-Dade began to receive the benefits (political and financial) from the scheme, Broward County joined on. The approach in Broward was identical to the approach in Miami-Dade. Link.
  8. It’s important to remember, this was not an arbitrary change – this was a well-planned fundamental shift in the entire dynamic of how teenagers would be treated when they engaged in criminal conduct. Link.
  9. The primary problem was the policy conflicted with laws, and over time the policy began to create outcomes where illegal behavior by students was essentially unchecked by law enforcement. Link.
  10. Initially, the police were excusing misdemeanor behaviors. However, it didn’t take long for felonies, even violent felonies (armed robberies, assaults and worse) were being excused.
  11. The need to continue lowering the arrests year-over-year meant that increasingly more severe unlawful behavior had to be ignored. Over time even the most severe of unlawful conduct was being filtered by responding police.
  12. We found out about it when six cops blew the whistle on severe criminal conduct they were being instructed to hide. The sheriff and police Chiefs were telling street cops and school cops to ignore ever worsening criminal conduct.
  13. The police were in a bind. They were encountering evidence of criminal conduct and yet they had to hide the conduct. There were examples of burglary and robbery where the police had to hide the recovered evidence in order to let the kids get away without reports.
  14. The police would take the stolen merchandise and intentionally falsify police records to record stolen merchandise *as if* they just found it on the side of the road.
  15. They put drugs and stolen merchandise in bags and sent it to storage rooms in the police department. Never assigning the recovery to criminal conduct. Stolen merchandise was just sitting in storage rooms gathering dust.
  16. They couldn’t get the stuff back to the victim because that would mean the police would have to explain how they took custody of it. So they just hid it. To prove this was happening one of the officers told me where to look, and who the victim was.
  17. At first, I didn’t believe them. However, after getting information from detectives, cross-referencing police reports, and looking at the “found merchandise”, I realized they were telling the truth.
  18. A massive internal investigation took place and the results were buried. Participating in the cover-up were people in the media who were connected to the entire political apparatus.
  19. The sheriff and police chief could always deny the violent acts (assaults, rapes, beatings etc.) were being ignored; that’s why the good guys in the police dept gave the evidence of the stolen merchandise. That physical evidence couldn’t be ignored and proved the scheme.
  20. From 2012 through 2018 it only got worse. In Broward and Miami-Dade it is almost impossible for a student to get arrested. The staff within the upper levels of LEO keep track of arrests and when a certain number is reached all else is excused.
  21. Well, it didn’t take long for criminal gangs in Broward and Miami-Dade to realize the benefit of using students for their criminal activities. After all, the kids would be let go… so organized crime became easier to get away with if they enlisted high-school kids.
  22. As criminals became more adept at the timing within the offices of the officials, they timed their biggest crimes to happen after the monthly maximum arrest quota was made.
  23. The most serious of armed robberies etc. were timed for later in the month or quarter. The really serious crimes were timed in the latter phases of the data collection periods. This way the student criminals were almost guaranteed to get away with it.
  24. Now. You can see how that entire process gets worse over time. Present corruption (the need to hide the policy) expands in direct relationship to the corruption before it. This is where the School Police come into play.
  25. Understanding the risk behind the scheme, it became increasingly important to put the best corrupt cops in the schools. *BEST* as in *SMARTEST*. Those SRO’s became the ones who were best at hiding the unlawful conduct.
  26. Again, over time, the most corrupt police officers within the system became the police inside the schools. These officers were those who are best skilled at identifying the political objectives and instructions.
  27. Those “School Cops” also have special privileges. It’s a great gig. They get free “on campus” housing close to the schools they are assigned to etc. They’re crooked as hell and the criminal kids how just how to play them. It’s a game. Also an open secret.
  28. A lot of it came out during an earlier *internal affairs* investigation. Unfortunately, the behavior never changed because the politics never changed. It’s still going on:
  29. For years this has been happening and no-one cared. Crimes happen; students excused; victims ignored; etc. The Broward County School and Law Enforcement system are designed to flow exactly this way. It’s politics.
  30. Only then a Parkland school shooting happened. For Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel this had to be an “oh shit” moment; but not for the reasons the media initially thought. If people start digging, they’ll discover the shooter was one of those previously excused students
  31. The same sentiment applies to Sheriff Scott’s partner, School Superintendent Robert Runcie (previously from Chicago),…. things are very risky if people start digging.
  32. Follow a simple timeline: 2011/2012 Broward County School administration made a policy decision to block the arrests of students in order to improve their education statistics. Link.
  33. 2013/2014 – Praise for the program: Link.
  34. 2017 – The program continues. Still chasing year-over-year reductions. Worse and worse crimes being excused. Link.
  35. 2018 – Parkland School Shooting. 17 dead. Political cop (SRO) cowered from the shooter; now retiring. School board wondering ‘what went wrong’. Entirely predictable. Link.
  36. I will give testimony, provide names, outline dates, and give all prior records to any lawyer for use in a wrongful death lawsuit – so long as their intent would be to financially ruin the entire system and personally bankrupt the participants.
  37. /END

Now the story behind this tweet from Jake Tapper will make more sense:

  1. Here are some of the police affidavits, taken under oath, for the “doubters”. Link. Link. Link. Link. Link. Link.

Virginia:
I believe the content of these tweets is true. You remember Broward FL county from the year 2000? When recounting of the votes was contested in Fl? Bush vs. Gore?

In general the agreement between Ed Dept and Police Dept, described here, is similar to the one in big cities - the police wont arrest in order to increase the graudation rate. Normally it covers only invidual trouble makers. They didn’t anticipate a slaughter like this, and certainly they never thought they would be exposed.

But don’t hold your breath; Broward Law Enforcement will not answer for anything; their lawyers are good enough to spin any crisis in their favor.

How about this thread Virginia?

Psycho-Electronic Weapons in use today, effects targeted parties to change Behavioral Manipulation and to commit Murder.

EMF Brain Stimulation can change persons brain states. 3 Hz to 50 Hz. OnlyNSA Signals Intelligence modulates signals in this frequency band.

Hey, McFixit1 is he still on the other forum? I liked his posts too. Anyway, this is another issue that has to be considered. Here in Wisconsin, we've been having a few targeted attacks and killings, most have been in the black district, or because of specific issues, divorces, messing around with drugs, and such. This attack in Walmart, is very scary.  But then, Colorado has opened up the drug sales. My grandson and his wife travelled to Colorado last year, for their wedding - she grew up in Colorado. They ran into some issues there, that made them a bit nervous.

So this is one way that the gov. could indoctrinate the country.  Wonderful.

So maybe I'll need to start getting used to carrying my gun. And practice, practice, practice.
