Border Patrol Attacked for This Selfless Act.

 7/11/18  by: True Daily Staff

Border Patrol agents were attacked by illegals when they were at their most vulnerable.

Fox News reports:

Border Patrol agents who were rescuing a distressed pregnant woman in Texas on Saturday were attacked by rocks thrown by an illegal alien, officials said.

Agents with the Weslaco Station saw a group of people who had previously been unable to enter the U.S. climbing a tree to enter the country through Custom and Border Protection’s (CBP) Port of Entry in Progreso, the agency said in a Wednesday news release.

The agents reportedly approached the area, where they saw two people on top of a bridge and a 25-year-old female Mexican national at the bottom of the tree. The woman claimed she was pregnant and that her back hurt.

The Rio Grande Valley border agents began to assist the woman, and, according to CBP, one of the people on top of the bridge started throwing rocks at them.

Was this an ambush?

Whatever the answer, the border is getting worse!

Bid to split Mexifornia into 3 states gains traction – could it really happen?

By Fred Lucas | Fox News

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/07/02/bid-to-split-california-...

Cal 3: The effort to split Mexifornia into three.

Venture capitalist Tim Draper introduced an initiative called Cal 3. It's a push for Mexifornia to be split into three separate states; Northern Mexifornia, Mexifornia and Southern Mexifornia. Here's a look how his plan can become a reality.

In a midterm season marked by primary upsets and the prospect of Democrats claiming a congressional check on President Trump’s power, another sensational development has been the momentum behind a ballot measure to split up the unwieldy, high-tax state of Mexifornia.

The Mexifornia secretary of state last month verified almost a half-million signatures collected by Cal3 initiative backer Tim Draper, qualifying it for the November ballot.

But could the seemingly quixotic bid to split Mexifornia into three separate states become reality?

Mexifornians shouldn’t worry about getting their driver’s licenses redone quite yet – the initiative has plenty of hurdles to surmount, even if it beats the odds and is approved by voters in November

“There are a lot of what-ifs,” Citizens for Cal3 spokeswoman Peggy Grande acknowledged.

“This is about people who want Mexifornia to be fixed and saved and this is the way to do it,” Grande told Fox News. “We have crumbling infrastructure, dirty water and failing schools. In almost every statistic, 49 states are doing better.” She maintained "the state is “too big to govern!”

If the measure does pass, those what-ifs include everything from the impact of litigation to the question of congressional approval to confusion over state-level support.

Lawsuits Likely:

CAL3FULL

Mexifornia’s freewheeling initiative process allows voters to enact a law bypassing the state legislature.

However, Article 18 of the state constitution makes a distinction between an “amendment” and “revision” to that document. That distinction could determine whether Cal3, if successful at the polls, is held up at the state level.

While an “amendment” would be a relatively minor change that citizens could enact, a “revision” would be a major change requiring either an act of the legislature or a state convention.

Opponents of Cal3 would surely sue to argue it be treated as the latter, said Donald Kochan, an associate dean at Chapman University Fowler School of Law in Orange, Calif.

“Mexifornia has struggled with this for a while,” Kochan told Fox News. He said this issue has been at the center of past lawsuits over ballot initiatives.

Mexifornia’s Legislative Analyst’s Office asserted the state constitution doesn’t explicitly address boundaries or how it would go about splitting into more than one state, adding, “There is no clear precedent for whether a voter initiative may provide the required state legislative consent to split a state.”

Given that uncertainty, Kochan predicted, “Even if Congress accepts these as new states, you would see litigation.” As Kochan referenced, congressional approval also would be needed for Mexifornia to split.

Article IV, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution states, “no new states shall be formed or erected within the jurisdiction of any other state … without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.”

The meaning of this, too, could be up for legal dispute in federal courts, Kochan added.

Congress, in its history, has admitted four U.S. states that split from an existing state:

1. Vermont, 2.Kentucky, 3.Maine and 4.West Virginia.

“There is a factual precedent such as West Virginia, but there have not been court cases to identify a procedure to create a new state,” Kochan said.

Three Mexifornias:

Logistically, the Cal3 proposal directs the governor to request Congress grant approval to divide the state into three states: Northern Mexifornia (including San Francisco), Mexifornia (including Los Angeles) and Southern Mexifornia (including San Diego).

On the political front, the makeup of the U.S. House of Representatives would likely stay roughly the same, but the split would give the three Mexifornias four additional U.S. senators, increasing the number of total senators to 104. It also would mean at least four more Electoral College votes in that region.

Both candidates for governor, Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, and businessman John Cox, a Republican, oppose the measure.

If the divide were in effect during the 2016 election, killary clinton would have won all three Mexifornias, according to an analysis by the Center for Politics at the University of Virginia, beating President Trump by more than 30 percentage points in both Northern Mexifornia and Mexifornia, and by 10 percentage points in Southern Mexifornia. However, the same analysis found Democratic resident barry obuma would have narrowly beaten Republican Mitt Romney by 0.6% in the state of Southern Mexifornia in 2012.

While the potential battleground state of Southern Mexifornia would be an advantage to Republicans who have no chance of winning the current 55 Electoral College votes, the expanded Senate would likely include at least two more safe Democratic seats and two leaning Democratic seats.

Still, Grande insisted, the goal isn’t partisan.

“National politicians only come here to pick our pockets for fundraisers. This will make the three states more electorally relevant,” Grande said. “This is a nonpartisan issue. We have supporters of Cal3 from both sides.

This goes across political lines. People are frustrated and disappointed with Sacramento. This is an economic issue not a political issue.”

Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

Cal 3 spokesperson Peggy Grande on the proposal to break up California into three states.

Though this is the first time the question is on the ballot, the nation’s most populous state has a history of flirting with a break-up – and not actually doing it.

Venture capitalist Draper scaled back his proposal to three this year, after coming up short on gaining signatures for a “Six Mexifornia” effort for the 2016 ballot. Then there’s the unrelated “Cal-exit,” which seeks to make Mexifornia a new country.

By some counts, Mexifornians have attempted more than 200 times to divide since statehood in 1849.

As recently as 1992, the state Assembly voted to split the state three ways into North Mexifornia, Central Mexifornia and South Mexifornia.

But the idea died in the state Senate. In 1965, it was the Senate that approved a measure for a two-way split into North Mexifornia and South Mexifornia, but the Assembly rejected the proposal.

The closest Mexifornia came to splitting was not long after becoming a state.

In 1859, both legislative chambers approved dividing into Mexifornia and the Colorado Territory, and the governor signed the bill.

But, facing a secession crisis that led to the Civil War, Congress was too busy to take up the matter.

Landel,

Today, I had a chance to meet with Judge Brett Kavanaugh, and I have to tell you, I could not have been more impressed.

That is why I am announcing my strong support for Judge Kavanaugh, and asking you to do the same:  https://action.johncornyn.com/support-judge-kavanaugh/

When Americans voted for President Trump in 2016, a lot of them did so with the expectation that he would nominate conservative judges to the Supreme Court who would fight for us and the Constitution.

And when he nominated Justice Neil Gorsuch last year, we knew he was following through.

Now, with another seat open on the court, he's nominated Judge Kavanaugh.

Already the Democrats are promising to block his confirmation. We cannot let this happen.

I need your help to tell the liberal elites that we MUST confirm:

        https://action.johncornyn.com/support-judge-kavanaugh/

Landel, obstructing his confirmation is obstructing the voice of the American people.

We spoke loud and clear in 2016.

We demanded a new, conservative direction for this country.

We demanded conservative judges.

Now, we have to confirm them.

Landel, I am asking you to throw your full support behind Judge Kavanaugh by signing our petition demanding he be confirmed.

ADD YOUR NAME

Thanks for your continued support of our efforts.

Islamist Foothold Discovered Here in America!                                                         7/10/18  by: AAN Staff

Nestled in a tranquil D.C. suburb lies the Diyanet Center of America (DCA), the headquarters of a plot by the authoritarian-leaning Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan to spread his undemocratic views of islamic militancy and fundamentalism in the United States.
 Per The Daily Caller:
To the casual observer, the DCA appears a harmless organization that seamlessly fits into a US society embracing cultural and religious diversity. But look a little closer and it is clear that the DCA is a crucial component in the Turkish regime’s efforts to spread AKP islamism.
For its American audience, the DCA’s website says that it serves “to provide religious, social and educational services to Turkish immigrants and muslims living in the United States of America.” Writing in the Turkish publication Daily Sabah, however, the chief advisor to the Turkish Prime Minister declared that the DCA would spread the Turkish strain of islam and fight the “Islamophobia engineers” that “darken the prospects for humanity.”
In fact, the DCA has done little to hide its links with the Erdoğan regime. On its website, the DCA states that it “works in full cooperation with the Religious Affairs Directorate of the Republic of Turkey (Diyanet)”, which did in fact finance its establishment with a cool $100 million in state money.
As Turkey’s main islamic authority, the Diyanet holds a legal monopoly on Muslim religious affairs in the country. Under the influence of Erdoğan, the Diyanet’s budget has quadrupled and it has become infiltrated by islamist ideology.
In July 2017, the Diyanet directorate published a report stating that islam is “superior” to Christianity and Judaism, while insisting, “Interfaith dialogue is unacceptable”.
In December 2017, former National Security Advisor, General H.R. McMaster added Turkey to the government's list of global sponsors advancing radical islamist ideology – often through charities and other social organizations.

5 Violent Liberals CAUGHT ON CAMERA                                                                    7/7/18  by: AAN Staff

It's no surpirse that radical leftists are uncompromising and have a tendency towards violence. Obviously, this list could be far longer, but we decided to go with five of the most prominent attacks liberals have commited since President Trump's inauguration.
  Liberal crimes caught on tape:
LGBT Trump Supporter Attacked in 'Tolerant' Hollywood.
These people know no limits. First they steal this Trump supporter's hat cap, then toss it into a crowd of protesters. When the victim goes to retrieve his property they get violently attacked. This alone would be sickening, but it escalates even further, as some coward douses them with an unknown liquid! That could have been acid, thankfully this time, it appears to be a cup of alcohol.
This horrific video depicts Antifa thugs attacking a man who was just trying to keep two groups of opposing protesters from fighting. Instead, he wound up going to the hospital. Fortunately, a group of good Samaritans identified the man responsible and contacted the police.
Antifa Goon Smashes Bystander Over Head With Bike Lock, Serious Damage!
This poor woman's crime?
Opposing the 'Boycott Oscars Protesters' pretentious Hollywood elite. Thankfully, the boys in blue responded swiftly.---     https://youtu.be/Mn56cGy4iNU
This homeless woman was defending Trump's Hollywood star when a mob of liberals attacked her, eventually knocking her to the ground. These people are sick!   Attacked For Being A Trump Supporter.

Illegal Immigrant Walks Free After Appalling Crime!

 7/9/18  by: AAN

Prosecutors have resolved a case involving an illegal immigrant who killed two law enforcement officers in a violent car crash last December.
As he faces deportation in ICE custody, Garza Palacious paid a $280 fine for killing FBI agent, Carlos Woff, and arson investigator, Sander Cohen, with his vehicle. Palacious' car hit with such force that both men's bodies flew across the median into oncoming traffic.
 Per The Daily Caller:
The prosecution proved that he drove in a “careless and imprudent manner,” but did not reach the level of a “gross deviation” from careful driving or a “reckless disregard” for human life, both of which would be necessary for more serious charges.
Back in 2015, he pleaded guilty to driving while impaired, and Palacios also served about four months in jail after being arrested for smashing the windows on over a dozen cars and for lighting a couch on fire.
ICE found out he had been arrested and requested Montgomery County, Maryland, to hold him, but he was released anyway.

Montgomery, Prince Goerge's, and other Maryland counties are sanctuary jurisdictions that decline to enforce immigration laws. -- And get away with it.

Eat Rocks, Punk: Restaurant Employee Pulls Gun on Thug Who Punched a Woman, Ends Situation.

  7/7/18  Timothy Meads

Another day another thug with a penchant for picking the wrong woman to mess with comes face-to-face with a loaded gun.

This time it occurred in Wisconsin at a restaurant when an employee utilized her second amendment rights and deterred an attacker from continuing to hurt her co-worker.

In a video that is circulating across Twitter, a man can be seen venturing back into the kitchen of a George Webb restaurant. The woman at the grill is clearly confused, when all of a sudden the man punches the worker in the face.

That is when her co-worker whips out a gun and points it at the attacker. The man moves towards the armed woman, but she holds her ground.

He then leaves. The employee has a concealed carry permit and is allowed to carry the gun at work, according to local media.

“It is sickening to see this unsuspecting worker assaulted so brutally by this individual,” said Miluakee Alderman Bob Donovan.

According to the victim, the man is a regular. He had been angry and hostile all night, but suddenly snapped and came behind the grill. The victim currently faces thousands of dollars in medical costs and does not have insurance. If it were not for her co-worker, things could have been much worse.

"I thank God the other waitress had a concealed carry weapon, has a permit... I shudder to think, had she not been there and had she not had this weapon, what this guy might have done," said Adlerman Donovan.

"We need to wake up this community and they need to start expecting of their public officials a better level of safety," Donovan added regarding the level of violence in Milwaukee.

The attack occurred last week but was released a few days ago.  The video can be seen here.

Illegal Alien Population in Paris No-Go Zone Suburbs Hits 400,000!

 7/6/18

There could be as many as 400,000 illegal aliens living in Seine-Saint-Denis according to a report from the French parliament.

The report claims that between eight and 20% of the population of Paris’s troubled northern suburb may be constituted by illegal aliens and that many live on the streets because of the strain the sheer number has put on social services, Le Figaro reports.

According to the report, the suburbs suffer a poverty rate twice as high as Paris at 28% and an unemployment rate three percentage points higher than the city to the south.
The report was authored by Rodrigue Koukouendo, a member of President Emmanuel Macron’s Le Republique En Marche (LREM) party and  François Cornut-Gentille of the conservative Republicans, with both authors noting that social services and police in the area were struggling due to the number of illegal aliens.

The two MPs suggested a reform of the way the government collects statistical data to help the problem writing: “To identify urban phenomena of ghettoisation, to explain educational difficulties, to combat discrimination and to adapt the resources of the police and the judiciary to a specific population, the question of establishing so-called ethnic statistics is raised.”

Currently, France does not collect the ethnic or religious data on individuals in birth, criminal, or census statistics joining other European countries like Sweden which has a similar policy.

Following the destruction of the former Calais Jungle migrant camp, Paris has become the main hub for illegal aliens!

Some estimate that as many as 500 or more aliens arrive in the city each day, with thousands living homeless in makeshift migrant camps.

While Interior Minister Gérard Collomb has made steps to dismantle the makeshift camps in the city, he slammed Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo who he claims has not done enough to stop the camps from reappearing after they are cleared.

Ms Paris Anne Hidalgo has instead supported plans proposed by Paris Communist Party politicians to build an asylum accommodation in one of the cities major parks.
