I'm very concerned; for Trump's safety, for the future of freedom, and for all Americans.  

I was listening to the Dan Bongino Show yesterday and came to the conclusion that Trump is a Dead Man Walking.  

Bongino isn't saying it, I am.  I'm just an old, retired cop; all I can do is follow the evidence and connect the dots.

Let's look at what's happening.  Trump is the most attacked president and former president in ALL of American history.  No one else even comes close!  The attacks are unrelenting and vicious.  Why he even considers running again speaks volumes about his commitment to America and freedom.  

The FBI raided a former president's home for the first time in American history, [allegedly] looking for "classified documents".  

But, there were no classified documents, and they knew it!  Trump, as president, had a standing order that anything he removed from the White House was automatically deemed to be declassified (this is confirmed by Kash Patel, former Trump advisor).  Ergo, anything he took to Mar-a-Lago, regardless of whatever stamp or label it had on it, was "declassified".  Next, Trump had full authority over anything and everything regarding classification, PERIOD!  This was confirmed in a 2012 federal court ruling that held that the President is the SOLE AND FINAL authority over security classifications AND whatever the President determines is or is not, or can or cannot, be called "Presidential Records or Materials".   

Next, as President, Trump was authorized to handle (even 'irresponsibly', according to the Deep State) any and all classified information in any way he and he alone deems appropriate.  He could even disseminate it as he saw fit, even if the DOJ, FBI, CIA, and National Archives didn't like it.  Too bad, so sad, get mad, get glad!  

At the behest of the National Archives, Trump had the FBI come to Mar-a-Lago in January of 2022 and look through everything he had.  They left with boxes of documents, voluntarily surrendered by Trump, something he did not have to do.  Then, in June of 2022, the FBI returned and examined Trump's storage facility and checked for more documents.  The facility was very secure.  But, and at the request of the FBI, Trump installed additional security to that already in place.  

Yet, the FBI decided to raid Mar-a-Lago yet again in August because they had convinced themselves Trump still had "classified documents" despite Trump's standing Presidential Order that anything he removed from the White House was automatically deemed declassified.  Plus, after leaving office, Trump never had access to any information that could possibly have been "classified".  Now, they are saying that Trump somehow had to get "approval" from some government bureaucrat in spite of the 2012 court ruling to the contrary.  Really?!   

Further, the entire FBI affidavit for a search warrant was corrupt from the start.  When law enforcement files an affidavit for a search warrant they go to a judge -- in person -- so the judge can ask pertinent questions before granting the warrant.  AND (in most jurisdictions) the officer/agent requesting the warrant has to swear to the validity of the affidavit in front of the judge.  Yet, in this case, the affidavit was presented to the judge online and not in person and without having to swear to its validity.  The judge had no opportunity to ask the FBI anything and did not make the agent swear to the affidavit's validity.  How did the judge know the [agent's] name on the online application was actually an agent or the named agent?   Personally, I hold the judge largely responsible for this fiasco for not insisting the FBI present the affidavit in person and swear to its validity.  

So, what was the FBI really looking for and what were they up to?  

Anyone with a brain knows the FBI, DOJ, CIA, Deep State, and media have been totally compromised, corrupted, and politically weaponized.  Trump knows this, too, and was [supposedly] collecting documentation of said corruption.  THAT'S WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR!  They wanted any "evidence" Trump had of their corruption and political weaponization.  They all know that if Trump takes office in 2025, their heads are on the chopping block and their asses will probably be in jail.  They are sweating bullets!  Their careers and freedom are on the line!  

Yet, after THREE searches of Mar-a-Lago, they found NOTHING -- after NINE HOURS of searching -- and after excluding Trump, his staff, and his attorneys (on the scene) from even observing FBI actions!  I wonder if they planted listening devices everywhere.  I hope Trump has thought of this and has had his home debugged.    

Still, the FBI, DOJ, and CIA remain convinced Trump has the goods on them.  They are desperate, and desperate people do desperate things.     

What I'm saying is there is NO WAY the FBI, DOJ, CIA, and Deep State (and the Left-Wing, Liberal media) are going to let Trump back into the White House!  He is just too dangerous to them.  Trump has already said that he made a mistake when he hired Washington insiders to help him achieve his agenda, thinking that they, "knowing the ropes", would help him.  Instead, they secretly undermined him at every turn.  Trump has said that next time he will bring in complete outsiders to drain the swamp.  The swamp will NOT allow that!  

They will kill him to save themselves.  Oh, they'll find some 'Oswald' to pin it on and cry crocodile tears in public while popping champagne corks in private.  Trust me.  

Face it, when the FBI, DOJ, CIA, and Deep State openly assault and violate every legal precept and precedent against investigating and attacking a former President of the United States when they KNOW he did nothing wrong, even at the risk of destroying America and freedom, what WON'T they do?!  Are any of us safe?!  

Call me crazy and I hope I am, but that's how I see it.  

I hope the Secret Service is on its toes and on Trump's side.  Don't let him ride in convertibles, like Kennedy.

This is a good piece and I generally agree but it is missing a few things to maximize its effectiveness. I don't know if we know yet that the FBI found nothing. Joe Biden yesterday challenged the 2012 federal court ruling that held that the President is the SOLE AND FINAL authority over security classifications AND whatever the President determines is or is not, or can or cannot, be called "Presidential Records or Materials". His comment was "C'mon, man!" implying that it just isn't so- so in the media and Leftist hails this is the new reality. The e-mail or this article should specify the court ruling to be arguable and not just hearsay. Next the author goes on about how the affidavit for search warrant was presented to the judge online and not in person and without having to swear to its validity. He holds the judge responsible for allowing this? Earlier this week Dan Bongino identified the judge in question as one who was involved in the Trump impeachment warrants, who has openly criticized Trump and worked with the same FBI agents to undermine the then President Trump. So, it seems that in addition to vilifying the FBI, DOJ, CIA, and Deep State (and the Left-Wing, Liberal media) as being corrupt let us not forget activist judges who had so much to do with thwarting any investigations into election fraud in 2020.
