I'm still a go with the indictment. I'll be attending the "Tea Party" here in Fort Worth at LaGrave Field on the 15th. Should be very cool. I'll be playing a song or two also.

I plan on distributing flyers for our cause to recruit some more jurors. I only have a couple of people confirmed so far. People are reluctant about the unknown, and don't want to be the first to take a step, and I understand. It's not for everybody. All we can do is keep on till we find the right people. If we can get enough people by the 18th, the date you want, more power to us. I hope we can get all fifty people by then. Time will tell.

We should try to have a preliminary meeting of those involved next weekend to discuss, in person, and get to know each other. My place in Fort Worth will work. Maybe we can grill out and have fun.

The quickest way to "invite" friends is to use the "INVITE" button on the top of the page, next to the "MAIN" button, just inside of the We The People Banner. You can copy and paste your email addresses into the invitation and send the invitation out to ALL of your friends at once. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Di, unfortunately, there is not a way to preview comments before you post. So, here is a workaround. If you make a mistake on a comment, for example, a typo..copy the comment, then delete the one you posted. Repost the comment and before you click on "add comment," fix your typo. That's the best workaround I know. I know when you post comments in the forum section or blog, you have 15 minutes to edit your comments. I hope this helps.

This a letter i just wrote to my Rep in the 26th Congressional District

Sir,
I have writen several letters to you in the past several weeks concerning some very serious issues here is the State of Texas as well as the nation.
The first one was concerning a declaration of sovereignty under the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution as well as the effects of this "stimulus package" insult and abomination. The second was a list of "rejected U.S. policies" for which "The People" will no longer accept. I have yet to hear from you on either of these two very serious issues.
The next(and third) issue is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA! This came from Dianna Nelson/ Texas Assistant State Coordinator...The Federal Government "GRANTS EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS!"
This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.
Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States of America!. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt!
The written agreement was brought to Beijing by none other than Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China. This Sir, is nothing other than an ACT OF TREASON!!
Congressman Burgess, an immediate and personal response from you is hereby respectfully demanded in other than a form letter written by one of your staff, outlining the steps necessary to ensure that this dastardly and malicious act of treason NEVER sees the light of day along with the two aforementioned serious issues as well.
Please note that the 2010 elections are looming on the horizon Sir and you will be voted against by many unless you start communicating on a more personal level with your constituents of the 26th Congressional District. Thank you and God bless.
