Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

Article from Oren Long;

Article One, Section Four of the Constitution CLEARLY states that the states and the states alone govern elections, UNLESS Congress overrules state law.  NOWHERE in Article One, Section Four does it state that the courts have any say, PERIOD!
Court overseeing of general electoral process, as delineated by state law, is ASSUMED by reflexively compliant states.  BUT, it is nowhere in the Constitution.  Courts are NOT overarching authorities as clearly intimated in the Tenth Amendment, "Those powers NOT granted to the federal government are reserved to the states and the People, respectively".  AND, judicial oversight of elections is NOT a power granted to the federal government, PERIOD!
I do not know how much more clear the Founders could have made it!
Democrats tried to introduce federal legislation that would allow the feds to run elections.  IT FAILED!
Well, many states were forced to implement ballot drop boxes and mail-in ballots, often against state law, by both the courts and various liberal state officials, again, against clearly written state laws governing the electoral process.
So, what's my point?
At some point, states are going to have to grow a pair and, in the words of Nancy Reagan, "Just say No!".
At some point, states are going to have to remove ballot drop boxes and stop mailing out ballots willy nilly.
At some point, states are going to have to tell voters, "If you want to vote, get to the polls and vote.  If you can't physically get to the polls on election day, apply for an absentee ballot."
Unless and until states stand up for their rights and powers, they have no rights -- or powers.
