Donald Trump is going to win on November 8th and the moment when this election turned from seeming defeat to certain victory will be the least expected and one of the most derisively attacked moments of his campaign. During the third debate when Trump said on being asked if he would accept the election results, "I will look at it at the time" the election was his. The uproar on both sides of the political spectrum has been an avalanche of criticism; this was Trump at his worst, the dooming moment of a quixotic and egomaniacal campaign. Or was it?

let's see if any of this BS is true....we should be hearing about this new information tomorrow on all the Sunday morning talk shows. I doubt it and Nov 1st will come and go and we will still have no more information on what the FBI is investigating. The election will be held on Nov 8 as scheduled and we will know who will win that contest probably by 9pm that evening. Speculating on the presidential election is nothing more than speculation.

The pertinent information today is the Letter Cormey sent to Congress about Huma/Weiner Computer with e-mails not scrubbed and along with that we need to know Just Why Loretta Lynch has refused to issue a Search Warrant for that computer to either confirm or deny what is on as being evidentiary proof for possible indictments. Until Lynch provides that warrant, she has effectively blocked the investigation just like she did on the Clinton Foundation case. To me that indicates something is being deliberately hidden from the public.

I agree with what you have said....but it is customarily reasonable for evidence be presented before a warrant can be issued....at this point we have no idea if Comey has been able to provide such evidence that would justify a warrant. Comey is a professional attorney and knows what the procedures are to secure a warrant and if he can't get one from the AG it is not likely he could get one from a federal judge. He must be lacking evidence that would justify a warrant.

That is an unnecessary convolution of things. The evidence was obtained by happenstance peripherally from a sanctioned examination of Weiners Computer for a separate crime.. At that point procedure requires the investigating authority to stop looking at attendent extraneous evidence, and obtain a search warrant to go further with the other evidence that was found so it can be submitted in court. Lynch has seen that evidentiary blurb and is blocking further investigation into what is on Weiners computer. I wonder if it will disappear and then the NSA will have to release their copies of all the unsanatized e-mails.

I have no idea how you know the facts of this case....in order for the authorities to obtain a search warrant clear evidence must be presented to justify such action. The FBI understands the law and the AG understands the law, therefore there must be something missing that you and I do not know.

Considering everything I hold a personal belief that Lynch is getting orders to block investigations and also in taking the fifth when questioned about the controversial pay out Obama made, I really think she's involved personally in the cover up of the Clinton's and BHO's actions. There are under cover videos and video's of the principles in their own words that support the e-mail leaks and vice versa.The fact that the FBI found E-mails on Huma/Weiner computer is the original evidence. Having been a Patrolman I do know something about evidentiary procedures and what contaminates them for use in court. When the FBI was conducting the investigation of Weiner for sexting a minor, they had a specific warrant to check his computer. During that investigation they found other e-mails pertaining to the e-mail issue.

Finding them did not contaminate the evidence because they were legally allowed to scan for the entire computer for evidence specific to the child sexting case, and after finding the first ones on the e-mails they were required to obtain another specific warrant to retrieve them for use in court. It's the same as if an informant gave them information where the e-mails could be found.

At that point they would go before a Judge or in the case of the FBI department protocols, require them to present what they found without specifics other than e-mails from State were on the computer, to a DOJ attorney, except that Lynch pre ordered anything coming in about the Clintons was to be routed through her office, and ask for the search warrant that would specifically allow them to investigate in depth at the specific location of the computers hard drive.

That should have been an automatic issuance of a proper warrant unless there is collusion going on.. that's how the system works.

The fact that Lynch obstructed the investigation like she did with the investigation that was already legally and legitimately started on the Clinton Foundation is probably what impelled Cormey to send the letter to Congress.
