TRANSPARENT COSTS OF CAP AND TRADE

Back in June, long before the August rallys, tea parties, townhalls, and the March on DC, Congress passed the Cap & Trade - barely, after back room threats and the total uproar over the Republican 'Gang of Eight'. Things are really heating up, and it looks like a good time for some serious House cleaning.
