Latin Gang Caught Plotting Terrifying Police Ambush.

 2/28/19

The nation’s largest police department is warning its officers about an increasing threat from MS-13 gangbangers and saying that they are particularly vulnerable when off-duty. (CBS New York)

CBS2’s Dick Brennan reports that in a bulletin the NYPD put out this alert: “Members of MS-13 are looking to ‘hit’ NYPD police officers, specifically in the Brentwood/Central Islip area as well as possibly Patchogue.”

The bulletin says that the gang members would carry out the attacks on off-duty officers “in order to gain street credibility.”

While the threat has not been substantiated, law enforcement experts say this cannot be taken lightly.

“Whenever a law enforcement officer is being threatened, especially by an organization like MS-13 which we already know is uber violent and has killed numerous people throughout the country if not throughout the world, this has to be taken serious,” said former FBI agent Manny Gomez.

The gang’s presence is largest in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties.

El Paso Inundated Under Migrant Surge!

 4/20/19

El Paso, Texas – a city of roughly 700,000 situated along the Rio Grande – is ground zero in America’s border crisis.

Everyone from Border Patrol agents to customs officials to shelter volunteers have scrambled to cope with the massive influx of illegal migrants. (Texas Tribune)

Most of the migrants are Central American families and unaccompanied minors, and their numbers have grown by 340% — about 136,150 family units were apprehended on the southwest border between October and February, compared to 31,100 families during the same period the year before, according to CBP statistics.

And here in El Paso, the local Border Patrol sector saw its family unit apprehension numbers jump 1,698% over that same period. By last month, when U.S. Customs and Border Protection predicted it would hit a 12-year high with more than 100,000 apprehensions across the border, so many migrants were coming through El Paso that agents set up a military style tent surrounded by chain link under a freeway bridge to hold the overflow.

The surge has led CBP to redirect 750 agents from their positions at the ports of entry to help Border Patrol process the migrants, and it fed President Donald Trump’s recent threats to close the southern border — a move that even members of Trump’s own party have said would wreak havoc on the country’s economy.

On Tuesday Department of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen reportedly said the administration would treat the surge like a category five hurricane and tapped former U.S. Border Patrol sector chief Manny Padilla to coordinate the federal response to the crisis, according to a DHS news release.

Migrants Riot to Stop Deportations.

 4/11/10

Migrants congregating at an immigration station in Tapachula staged a riot early Wednesday. (The Daily Caller)

The group of migrants, mostly from Cuba and Africa, staged the riot to prevent authorities from carrying out deportations,

Mexican media outlets Noticias MVS, Milenio and Reforma reported.

The migrants reportedly ransacked the building and set some documents on fire before authorities were able to regain control.

Video from the riot’s aftermath shows authorities milling around outside the building, trying to corral the migrant population.

Tapachula, a city of some 320,000, rests on the Pacific Ocean near Guatemala – making it ground zero in the ongoing immigration crisis.

Trump’s New Warning for Migrants.

  4/6/19

Observing the deteriorating conditions on the U.S.-Mexico border, President Donald Trump sent a clear message to migrants and illegal immigrants seeking asylum in the United States.

Breitbart’s Charlie Spiering reports:

“The system is full whether its asylum, whether its illegal immigration, our country is full, our area is full, the sector is full, we can’t take you anymore,” Trump said. “I’m sorry, so turn around, that’s the way it is.”

The president held a roundtable meeting with Border Patrol agents and military officials at the El Centro sector in Calexico, Mexifornia.

Trump acknowledged that it was difficult to get funding for the wall from Democrats.

“The wall is like pulling teeth, it’s pretty tough,” he said.

The Army Corps of Engineers predicts about 450 miles of new wall along the Southern border would be completed by the end of Trump’s first term.

CNN Reporter BUSTED For Two Fake News Fails.

 8/24/18

CNN’s Jim Sciutto has had two big scoops debunked as very fake news in just one week.

Sciutto, CNN’s chief national security correspondent, joined the far-left network after serving in Barack Obama’s White House for a few years. His bias and dishonesty has made already him a laughingstock on more than one occasion, but this was an especially bad week for the anti-Trump activist.

Last week, Sciutto misled the public with a breathless piece of “breaking news” that falsely claimed President Trump did not consult with Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats prior to revoking the security clearance of John Brennan, the former CIA chief who, like Sciutto, served in the Obama administration.

Using his verified Twitter account, Sciutto wrote: “Breaking: DNI Coats – the nation’s senior-most Intelligence official – was NOT consulted on Trump decision to revoke Fmr CIA Director John Brennan’s security clearance.”

State Pushing Sheriff’s to Cooperate With ICE.

 3/29/19

A bill in the North Carolina State House requiring sheriffs to hold defendants in jail if requested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) cleared its first hurdle this week. (Fox News)

A House judiciary panel approved House Bill 370, a measure sponsored by North Carolina Republican lawmakers unhappy with recent decisions by newly elected sheriffs to stop assisting federal immigration agents.

“These sanctuary sheriffs are putting politics ahead of public safety,” said Rep. Destin Hall, a chief sponsor of the bill, said during a committee meeting.

Hall’s bill would require sheriffs in all counties to fulfill ICE detainer requests, which can be used to hold criminal suspects up to 48 hours. Those holdings currently aren’t mandatory.

“No matter what these sheriffs do, ICE has a job to do,” Hall said Wednesday. “When sheriffs don’t cooperate with them, they still have that duty to enforce federal immigration law, and they’re going to do that. Except, instead of doing it in the jail — a controlled environment that’s much more safe — they’re going to do it out in the community.”

Sheriffs elected in last year’s blue wave in and around Raleigh, Asheville, and Durham have revealed they won’t honor ICE detainer requests.

Judgement Day for Texas Teen Who Planned ISIS-Inspired Attack.

 4/10/19

A judge has imposed a 30-year prison sentence on a teenager who pled guilty to planning an ISIS-inspired terror attack at a Texas mall. (The Daily Caller)

           **** YE-HAA, DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS! **** Bull

“Pursuant to a plea agreement reached by prosecutors and the defendant, Judge John Roach sentenced Azizi-Yarand to 20 years in prison for the solicitation charge and 10 years in prison for the terroristic threat charge,” according to the U.S. District Attorney’s Office of the Eastern District of Texas press statement.

Both sentences will run concurrently, the news release said.

Azizi-Yarand  recruited individuals to help him conduct a mass shooting at Stonebriar Centre mall in Frisco, Texas, in May 2018, the statement said.

“I’d like to actually make a cop surrender and drop his gun, then douse him with gasoline and burn him … record it,” Azizi-Yarand  said while discussing the shooting, according to WFAA.

Azizi-Yarand chose May 2018 as the attack date because May largely coincides with Ramadan, the holy month of fasting.

Anti-American Terrorist Heads to Border.

 1/29/18

A convicted terrorist who attacked a U.S. consulate with military-grade weapons now heads the ruthless Los Zetas cartel, stationed along the Texas border.

The cartel’s main operations are based on the Mexican side of the Nuevo Laredo-Laredo metropolitan area, immediately across the Rio Grande from Texas.

Laredo, Texas is the only urban area along the entirety of the U.S.-Mexico border without any security barriers.

Mexican authorities convicted the terrorist, Hector Raul Luna Luna, also known as “El Tory,” for the 2008 terror attack on the U.S. Consulate in Monterrey.

However, bribes paid by cartel members secured his release. (Breitbart)

Under El Tory’s new reign, Los Zetas is linked to a level of brutality that had not been seen in prior years. Gruesome executions, dismemberments, targeted attacks on police and military officials, and the general use of intimidation have become commonplace in parts of northern Mexico as El Tory and Los Zetas try to expand their operations.

In late 2018, Nuevo Leon Governor Jaime Rodriguez Calderon publicly singled-out El Tory as one of the men behind the escalation of violence in his state. According to the governor, El Tory and his criminal organization were linked to the large majority of the violent deaths in the state.

Most recently, Breitbart News reported exclusively on a series of threats made by El Tory, who claimed he would blow up the headquarters of a state police agency in Nuevo Leon. The threats were made through several narco-banners that Los Zetas hung throughout the industrial city of Monterrey. The threats are considered credible by law enforcement in Mexico, since El Tory has a history of targeting police and has used grenades in the past.

El Tory was released from a Mexican federal prison in mid 2017 with the help of his close friend and ally Eleazar “El Chelelo” Medina Rojas and his new ties with CJNG, so the two could help establish a Los Zetas-CJNG corridor from Monterrey to Nuevo Laredo and into Texas. Their release came at the hands of a federal judge and a “control” judge who ruled in each of the two cases to release the two cartel bosses. El Tory was serving a sentence of more than 20 years for the charges of crimes against public health (drug trafficking), engaging in organized criminal activities, and unlawful possession of restricted military weapons. Both El Tory and Chelelo have extensive criminal histories and are wanted by U.S. authorities.
