BUILD THE WALL! President Trump is right!

Right now, our borders are being used as gateways for drug cartels, terrorists, and violent criminals – every day adding to the astounding 12 to 20 million illegal aliens already in this country.

That’s why Judicial Watch fights illegal immigration in the courts. Please help us fight back.

How is this illegal alien invasion allowed to happen? Corrupt politicians and bureaucrats at all levels of government put the interests of these illegal aliens before the safety and security of American citizens.

Judicial Watch has been a national leader in the fight to uphold our laws against illegal immigration and we’ve successfully challenged “sanctuary policies” in towns, cities, counties, and states literally from coast to coast –  just as we are doing today in our historic action against the City of San Francisco.

Armed Militia Rounding Up Migrants At Southern Border.

 4/20/19 by Tyler Durden

A New Mexico militia operating along the Mexico border, has been stopping groups of migrants who have illegally entered the country, holding them at gunpoint, and then handing them over to Border Patrol agents, according to the New York Times. ****YE-HAA!! " WE THE PEOPLE" **** Bull

Known as The United Constitutional Patriots, the group has long operated along the southern US border, attempting to stem the flood of undocumented migrants entering the country. According to KVIA, the group rounded up more than 350 people this week who had crossed the border in West El Paso, Texas - one town over from Sunland Park, New Mexico. The US Border Patrol has not confirmed the exact number.
https://youtu.be/4XtpJoIq67E

In YouTube videos uploaded on Tuesday and Wednesday, groups of migrants - many of them coughing - can be seen sitting on the ground until Border Patrol officers arrive on scene.

A message posted on the United Constitutional Patriots' page after the migrants were detained Monday night stated:  "This group was so huge we won't have an accurate count until the BP is finished processing them. This needs to stop!!!!! Build the wall."

The video shows Border Patrol agents as they apprehend members of the group of migrants that crossed into the U.S.  Some of the migrants seen in the video are overheard coughing and asking for water. When asked why they entered the US, some of the migrants said they are seeking asylum. -KVIA

"This country was built on three things: God, guns and guts. That American flag has to keep flying,"

UCP Commander John Horton told KVIA, adding "It's in danger, a lot of danger right now!"

According to the Times, the militia's operations have predictably upset rights groups such as the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) - which denounced the group in a Thursday letter asking New Mexico's governor and attorney general to investigate the group. The militia has no legal authority under New Mexico or federal law to detain or arrest migrants who have entered the United States, according to the letter.

"We cannot allow racist and armed vigilantes to kidnap and detain people seeking asylum," said ACLU lawyers María Martínez Sánchez and Kirsten Greer Love in the letter.

New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas said in a statement "These individuals should not attempt to exercise authority reserved for law enforcement."

UCP spokesman Jim Benvie disagrees - telling the Times over the phone that his group had been camped near El Paso for the past two months, and compared the militia's actions to "a verbal citizen's arrest."

"We’re just here to support the Border Patrol and show the public the reality of the border," said the 43-year-old Benvie, who recently moved to New Mexico from Minnesota. He added that the organization plans to remain on the border until President Trump's proposed border wall is built, or Congress changes immigration laws so that it's harder for migrants to request asylum.

Militias have recently stepped up their activities in New Mexico and other states as the authorities scramble to respond to a surge in families from Central America, with total apprehensions on the border reaching more than 92,000 in March.

Elsewhere on the border, the mayor of Yuma, Ariz., declared an emergency this week as the city sought federal and state assistance to deal with migrant arrivals.

Mr. Benvie, the spokesman for the United Constitutional Patriots, declined to specify how many of its members were in Sunland Park, a city in New Mexico about nine miles west of El Paso. He said the group included people with military or law enforcement experience. -New York Times "If these people follow our verbal commands, we hold them until Border Patrol comes," said Benvie, who added "Border Patrol has never asked us to stand down."

Benvie said that this week's stop of hundreds of migrants was conducted after the militia gave a "verbal order of arrest" to the border crossers - telling them to wait until Border Patrol agents could arrive. UCP offered migrants $20 to identify the smuggler who helped them cross the border, of course  nobody took them up on their offer.

Mr. Benvie said that members of his group were told not to point their weapons at any of the migrants. He added that the group has a new rule in which members are not allowed to go on patrol with military-style rifles, but can still carry handguns. “We can't make them stay if they don't want to.

Dumb assed New Mexico governor Michelle Lujan Grisham said in a statement that it was "completely unacceptable" that migrants "might be menaced or threatened in any way, shape or form when they arrive at our border."

"It should go without saying that regular citizens have no authority to arrest or detain anyone," she added.

**** Texas has "Citizens Arrest" **** Bull

CBP spokesman Carlos A. Diaz told The Times that the agency "does not endorse private groups or organizations taking enforcement matters into their own hands."

Hollywood’s Mueller Report Meltdown: ‘Complete Whitewash,’ ‘Trump Is Guilty As Hell’!

 4/18/19 JUSTIN CARUSO

  MGM/Focus Features/Ryan Murphy Productions/Michael Becker/Fox Television Studios

Hollywood joined Democrats and the establishment media in going into full meltdown mode Thursday following Attorney General William Barr releasing the full Mueller report to the public.  Celebrities accused President Donald Trump of being “guilty” and called the report a cover-up.

As Barr already stated in his letter to Congress in March, the Mueller probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election found no evidence of the Trump campaign colluding with Russia, and did not recommend criminal charges against the president for obstruction of justice.

Hollywood, having learned nothing since their last Mueller meltdown, simply quadrupled down on their claims that President Trump is a criminal.

Rowdy Trey Gowdy went on TV and said the last thing anyone ever expected about Robert Mueller.

Robert Mueller's massive two volume report was released today.
The fake news media and Democrats are salivating over what hidden bombshell Mueller may have saved for last.
When Rowdy Trey Gowdy went on TV and said the last thing anyone ever expected about Robert Mueller.

Attorney General William Barr is set to release a redacted version of the Mueller report to both Congress and the public on Thursday.

This is the moment the anti-Trump forces have been waiting for.

However, Trey Gowdy does not think this report should ever see the light of day.

Investigative journalist Sara Carter reported:

Appearing on Fox News Wednesday, former South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy said, he opposes the release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report. The expected release of the redacted report is early Thursday.

The Russian threat was far more than just a threat agains the Democrats, it was a threat to our republic,” said Gowdy. And he said "he doesn’t believe there will be any new information that will change the American people’s minds, there’s information that needs to come out that will make this what he called an ‘American issue.’

However, Trey Gowdy said only a small group of people have access to such information. Gowdy called it ‘befuddling’ that the Senate Judiciary Chairman doesn’t have access to such information. Further, he suggested that it rests in the hands of FBI Director Christopher Wray, concluding, “It’s going to do nothing except further entrench people as to where they are today with their positions.”

Mueller did not bring any criminal charges for conspiracy to coordinate with the Russians or obstruction of justice.

The only reason to submit a detailed report is to bias the public against the President by laying out evidence for a case Mueller never made.

Releasing this report to the public only serves to damage people’s reputations and inflict political pain on the President.

BREAKING: Mexican Soldiers CROSS Border TARGET U.S. Military!

Comment by Landel Cathcart on April 21, 2019 at 1:43pm

Thomas Jefferson  This is amazing.

His portrait is on the $2.00 Dollar Bill.

There are two parts to this.

Thomas Jefferson was a very remarkable man who started learning very early in life and never stopped.

At 5, began studying under his cousin's tutor.

At 9, studied Latin, Greek and French.

At 14, studied classical literature and additional languages.

At 16, entered the College of William and Mary. Also could write in Greek with one hand, while writing the same in Latin with the other.

At 19, studied Law for 5 years starting under George Wythe.

At 23, started his own law practice.

At 25, was elected to the Virginia House of Burgesses.

At 31, wrote the widely circulated "Summary View of the Rights of British America," and retired from his law practice.

At 32, was a delegate to the Second Continental Congress.

At 33, wrote the Declaration of Independence.

At 33, took three years to revise Virginia's legal code and wrote a Public Education bill and a statute for Religious Freedom.

At 36, was elected the second Governor of Virginia, succeeding Patrick Henry.

At 40, served in Congress for two years.

At 41, was the American minister to France and negotiated commercial treaties with European nations   along with Ben Franklin and John Adams.

At 46, served as the first Secretary of State under George Washington.

At 53, served as Vice President and was elected President of the American Philosophical Society.

At 55, drafted the Kentucky Resolutions and became the active head of the Republican Party.

At 57, was elected the third president of the United States.

At 60, obtained the Louisiana Purchase, doubling the nation's size.

At 61, was elected to a second term as President.

At 65, retired to Monticello.

At 80, helped President Monroe shape the Monroe Doctrine.

At 81, almost single-handedly, created the University of Virginia and served as its' first  President.

At 83, died on the 50th Anniversary of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence, along with John Adams.

Thomas Jefferson knew because he studied, the previous failed attempts at government. He understood actual history, the nature of God, His laws and the nature of man. That happens to be way more than what most understand today.

 Jefferson really knew his stuff...

A voice from the past to lead us in the future:

John F. Kennedy held a dinner in the White House for a group of the brightest minds in the nation at that time. He made this statement:  "This is perhaps the assembly of the most intelligence ever to gather at one time in the White House, with the exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone."

"When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe."   -- Thomas Jefferson

"The democracy will cease to exist when you take   away from those   who are willing to work and give to those who would not."    -- Thomas Jefferson

"It is incumbent on every generation   to pay its'   own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on, would save one-half the wars of the world."    -- Thomas Jefferson

"I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the   labors of the people, under the pretense of taking care of them."   -- Thomas Jefferson

"My reading of history convinces me that most bad government, results from too much government."   --   Thomas Jefferson

"No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms."   -- Thomas Jefferson

"The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms   is,  as a last resort, to protect themselves   against tyranny in government."    -- Thomas Jefferson

"The tree of liberty must   be refreshed from time to time     with the blood of patriots and tyrants."   -- Thomas Jefferson

"To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes, the propagation of ideas which he  disbelieves   and abhors, is   sinful and   tyrannical."    -- Thomas Jefferson
I wish we could get this out to every American!

Meet the Vicious Psychopaths Mexifornia Wants to Save!

  8/31/18

Robert Boyd Rhoades kidnapped eight-year-old Michael Lyons while he was walking home from school in 1996, stabbed him up to 80 times with a fishing knife and kept him alive for nearly 10 agonizing hours before dumping his body in the Feather River, just up the street from the child’s home.

The ‘Grim Sleeper’ killed nine women and a teenage girl over the course of 22 years, targeting drug addicts and hookers and tossing their naked bodies along roads or in the trash.

And the ‘Trailside Killer’ preyed on hikers along trails in state parks near San Francisco, telling cops that he reveled in making his victims beg in vain for their lives, before shooting them in the head, execution-style.

These are just some of the 744 inmates currently on mexifornia’s Death Row.

Will Jerry Brown commute sentences of every death row inmate in one of his last acts as Mexifornia governor?

MEXIFORNIA INMATE RELEASED AFTER 25 YEARS ON DEATH ROW

But as Jerry Brown’s tenure as governor of Mexifornia draws to a close in January, capital punishment supporters have raised the specter that he could commute many, if not all, of the sentences.

On March 28, Mexifornia’s Supreme Court issued an administrative order making it possible for Brown to commute the sentences or grant clemency.

Jerry Brown, a former Jesuit seminarian who as a young man demonstrated against capital punishment, made his opposition to it clear during his political campaigns, but also said he’d respect the law regarding it while serving as attorney general and governor

Jerry Brown, a former Jesuit seminarian who as a young man demonstrated against capital punishment, made his opposition to it clear during his political campaigns, but also said he’d respect the law regarding it while serving as attorney general and governor.

Michele Hanisee, president of the Association of Deputy District Attorneys in Los Angeles County, told the Orange County Register earlier this week that this removes any impediment Brown may have faced. Before that, a governor had to get the approval of the majority of the state Supreme Court in the case of an inmate with two or more felony convictions.

“They basically have green-lighted the governor to grant clemency to anyone…and said they won’t interfere,” she said. Mexifornia has the largest death row population in the country, but only 13 have been executed since capital punishment was reintroduced to the state in 1978, with the last one occurring in 2006.

Appeals that drag out for many years are common. Last year, there were 400 death penalty appeals pending.

MEXIFORNIA SUPREME COURT BACKS PLAN TO SPEED DEATH PENALTY CASES

Despite its liberal reputation, more than half of Mexifornia’s residents have expressed support for the death penalty, striking down referenda calling for it to end.

Brown, a former Jesuit seminarian who as a young man demonstrated against capital punishment, made his opposition to it clear during his political campaigns, but also said he’d respect the law regarding it while serving as attorney general and governor.

Asked if the governor was considering commuting death sentences, a spokesperson for Brown told Fox News: “A request for commutation is a serious matter, and every applicant is carefully and diligently vetted. The Governor issued commutations earlier this month… Mexifornia inmates can petition to have their sentence reduced or eliminated by applying for a commutation of sentence.

To be clear, no individuals on death row have received commutations.”

Many families of victims of Mexifornia’s death row inmates have been outspoken about capital punishment, with some supporting it and others opposing.

Beth Webb, whose sister and some friends died in a 2011 shooting at a hair salon, said at a 2016 press conference: “Neither me nor my mom will find closure in the death of another human being.”

Michael Lyons' mother, Sandra Friend, told the Los Angeles Times in 2016: “From the first inflicted wound to Michael, it was 10 hours to the last one.

“For a grown man to inflict that kind of painful torture on a child – he got the right sentence. He got the only sentence that would bring any justice.”

Kent Scheidegger, an attorney who argued for Proposition 66 – a measure to speed up executionssaid that anything is possible as far as Brown and Mexifornia politics, but he believed the governor would not commute death sentences.

“Despite his personal opinion, he said he’d enforce the death penalty,” said Scheidegger, who is legal director of the Criminal Justice Legal Foundation in mexifornia.

Scheidegger expressed concern about the state high court’s order appearing to give Brown more sway over commuting death sentences, telling Fox News: “That’s worrisome.”

Since executions rarely have been carried out in Mexifornia and elsewhere, some have called the death penalty symbolic, and pointless.

Scheidegger said he disagrees. “It’s important because there are some crimes for which anything less is simply not justice.”

Some of California’s more notorious death row inmates are:

--Scott Peterson, who murdered his pregnant wife, Laci. Prosecutors said Peterson began plotting his wife's murder after he began an affair with a woman named Amber Frey, who testified against him.

--Robert Boyd Rhoades, who kidnapped eight-year-old Michael Lyons while he walked home from school. Lyons’ body was found the day after in a river near where he lived. Rhoades was on parole, and had been convicted on child molestation charges, when he kidnapped Lyons.

--Charles Ng, who along with an accomplice carried out a string of murders in 1984 and 1985, including torture and grisly killings of six men, three women and two babies. They killed the man for their cars and to steal from them. They turned the women into sex slaves and videotaped some of their crimes.

--Lonnie “Grim Sleeper” Franklin was convicted of killing nine women and a teenage girl from 1985 to 2007. Detectives believed he may have killed up to 25 people. He targeted women who were young and vulnerable. They were drug addicts or prostitutes. He dumped their naked bodies along roads or in the trash.

--David “Trailside Killer” Carpenter, who preyed on hikers. He killed seven people, raping some. Detectives said that he engaged in “putting the victims at some point in a position of pleading for their lives.”

--Run P. Chhoun, the suspected leader of the San Bernardino-based Tiny Rascals gang, was found guilty of murdering Nghiep Thich Le, 48, and his father, Hung Dieu Le, 73, during a home invasion robbery in Sacramento; and Miguel Vargas Avina, of Pomona. Authorities said Avina was killed because Chhoun and his accomplice Sam Pan mistakenly thought he was a rival gang member.

-- Richard Farley, a former employee of ESL Incorporated in Sunnyvale, stalked co-worker Laura Black for four years starting in 1984, sending her around 200 letters over the period. Black obtained a temporary restraining order against him on February 2, 1988, with a court date for February 17, 1988, to make it permanent. On February 16, he shot and killed seven people at ESL, and injured four more including Black.

--Randy Kraft, known as the ‘Scorecard Killer’, murdered at the very least 16 young men over a period of 11 years beginning in 1972. He is also believed to have committed the rape and murder of up to 51 other boys and young men. Many victims had been enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. He would typically ply them with alcohol and tranquilizers, before torturing, binding and sexually abusing them, before killing them usually by strangulation, asphyxiation or bludgeoning. He obtained his nickname after investigators discovered a coded list of 61 printed terms and phrases believed to refer to each of his victims.

--Ramon Salcido murdered seven people, including his wife and two of his daughters, aged four and 22-months in 1989 after a night of drinking and taking cocaine. His three-year-old daughter, Carmina, survived, even though she was slashed across the throat, and was left lying in a field beside the bodies of her sisters.

--Marcus Wesson, the patriarch of a cult-like clan, was sentenced to death 2005 for killing nine of his children, many of whom were born of incest and sexual abuse. He was also found guilty of sexually abusing the daughters and nieces who grew up in his house.

Unpaid Border Patrol Agent’s Unbelievable Act of Courage.

 1/25/19

A U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent working without pay during the ongoing shutdown is begin hailed as a hero, along with a Michigan sheriff’s deputy, for saving the life of a suicidal man. (Fox News)

Border Patrol Agent Brian Maitland and Monroe County Deputy Brian Sroka saved the man’s life when they responded to a report of a man sitting on the CN Railroad Bridge in Newport earlier this month.

The man, identified only as being 64 years old, had a half-empty bottle of bourbon next to him and tied one end of a rope around his neck and the other to a bridge beam. He appeared to be preparing to jump, the Detroit News reported.

Border Patrol Agent Brian Maitland and Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy Brian Sroka are true heroes whose actions helped save a man’s life.

Border Patrol agent working without pay, deputy rescue suicidal man

'Anybody in law enforcement or fire or EMS would have done same thing,' says Brian Maitland, who is working without pay in government shutdown.

Sroka was able to distract the man long enough for Maitland to move in behind him, grab him by the collar and drag him off the edge of the bridge.

The two men then removed the rope from the 64-year-old’s neck and found what appeared to be a suicide note in his back pocket, the newspaper reported.

Maitland, who has been with the Border Patrol for a decade, said he was just doing his job to protect the community and that it’s “human nature to try and help someone in need.”

The 46-year-old humbly commented afterward, “Anybody in law enforcement or fire or EMS would have done the same thing,” before adding “A human life is a human life.”
