Subject: Obama: I’m not Interested in “American Leadership, or America
Winning”
------
In a clear display of his disdain for the office of the President and the
united States as a whole, Barack Hussein Obama, in detailing his lack of
strategy for dealing with the Islamic State, said that he was not interested
in "pursuing some notion of American leadership or America winning."

His remarks come just days after the Muslim jihadi attacks on Paris, France
that left over one hundred people dead and hundreds more injured at the hands
of what the Islamic State has taken responsibility for.
Obama has sent thousands of US forces to advise and train Iraqi troops,
something that obviously didn't work after years of that being conducted in
Iraq by US troops and clearly demonstrated in the fall of Ramadi to Islamic
State forces, which led to the Islamic State acquiring weapons, military
vehicles and tanks as those Iraqis who were trained fled the scene as
cowards. Each of these troops have been sent to Iraq without any
Congressional authority being given to do so, something that is demanded by
the Constitution. The President doesn't have the authority under our
Constitution to willy nilly move troops around and put them in situations
like that, but a spineless Congress continues to allow.

He also claimed that he would not send troops to fight on the front lines.
"It is not just my view but the view of my closest military and civilian
advisers that that would be a mistake," Obama said. "Not because our military
could not march into Mosul or Raqqa or Ramadi and temporarily clear out ISIL,
but because we would see a repetition of what we've seen before, which is if
you do not have local populations that are committing to inclusive governance
and who are pushing back against ideological extremes, that they resurface,
unless we're prepared to have a permanent occupation of these countries."
Notice he did not say, "It's because our Constitution doesn't allow me such
authority."
He added, "If there's a good idea out there, then we're going to do it. I
don't think I've shown a hesitation to act."
There have been plenty of good ideas, namely keeping his nose out of other
people's business, but that hasn't stopped him in Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen
or other places throughout the world. And don't tell me that isn't a good
idea. It was one espoused by a general a long time ago, our country's
founding father George Washington.

Second, we've seen Obama's good ideas. It's arming, training and funding
Islamic terrorists who are now attacking Americans, Germans, Iraqis, our
troops, Kurds and the French!
"If folks want to pop off and have opinions about what they think they would
do, present a specific plan," Obama said. "If they think somehow that their
advisers are better than my joint chiefs of staff or my generals on the
ground, I want to meet them. And we can have that debate."
Well, I just did Mr. Obama, but as you so aptly reminded us before you
usurped the office of President fraudulently, you are the commander-in-chief.
As such, it is not up to everyone else, but you. You are the one that must
decide.
I say that because Obama was one that one day before the Paris attacks told
America that the Islamic State was not getting stronger and that they were
contained. Contained? Where? In Germany? In France? In England? In Syria? In
the united States? Where? Clearly, they are not contained.
"What I'm not interested in doing is posing or pursuing some notion of
American leadership or America winning or whatever other slogans they come up
with that has no relationship to what is actually going to work to protect
the American people and to protect the people in the region who are getting
killed and to protect our allies and people like France," Obama said, adding,
"I'm too busy for that."
Too busy for that? Doesn't have any relationship to what is actually going to
work to protect the American people? But Obama will be seeking out gun
control? The emperor has no clothes, but he has a set of golf clubs.
Honestly, the thing to remember in all of what is taking place here is the
Obama's agenda has not changed. He may appear incompetent, but he only
appears that way to those who just don't want to see him for the Marxist,
Cloward-Piven driven, Communist mentored traitor that he is.

I am wondering if the guns that were used by the terrorists to kill in Paris were weapons confiscated from the Iraqi fighters that fled. The weapons we supplied them with?

Consider this FACT; When Obama came out in favor of the rebellion known as the Arab Spring, most of the terrorism and unrest used that as a starting point to develop into what is happening today. So, why is it a surprise that Obama is not interested in 'America Winning'?

Kevin, I am sure that some of the weapons available to these ISIS terrorists may have come from those left behind on the battlefields, however, I am also sure there are several major powers who have an interest in keeping this war going willingly to keep them well supplied with the weapons they need. Defeating ISIS is a complex problem, not a military challenge. Just like the Korean and Vietnam wars were.

Obama Has Better Things to Do Than Pay Attention to Paris

President Obama is notorious for being late.  He’s the most important man in the world and he wants to make sure everybody understands that.  They can just wait for him.

He did it again yesterday at the G20 meeting in Turkey.  The attendees were set to start the meeting with a moment of silence honoring the dead in Paris (or in some cases the Muslim butchers who killed them) and Barack made a late appearance.

President Obama walked in late Sunday on a moment of silence being held by world leaders in Turkey to honor the victims of Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris.

Reporters traveling with the president said President Obama had not yet arrived when other world leaders at the G-20 conference in Turkey began their silent observance around a large conference table.

President Obama walked in after they had begun, and took his place next to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

After the conference started President Obama showed that he’s completely out of touch.  He noted that there is “a strong link between economy and security” whatever that’s supposed to mean.  What he failed to note is that there is an absolute correlation between Muslim immigration and terrorism.

Of course he wouldn’t mention that since he wants at least 200,000 Syrian terrorists refugees in the U.S. in the next two years, in addition to the 250,000 terrorists Muslims he’s allowed to immigrate every year since he became President.

Funny, I did get to watch part of this speech - he mentioned that America had the best military, and the West had the best leaders - America. Sure sounds like he  was patting himself on the back. And then he took credit for the Kurds take back of the town, oh America did it. Right.

Seems he doesn't remember bowing to the Japanese Leader, nor bowing to Egypt's leader, and the Queen..  .

Jack,

How can you believe that Korea and Vietnam were simply Military oriented. Did you know that all major military actions that were taken against the North Koreans had to first get the action approved by the Security council and China was on the Security Council as a permanent member Remember China backed N.Korea?

In Vietnam whenever we planned an air strike we had to first notify the commercial airlines 24 hours ahead of it to stay clear of specific areas, that was another political decision. as a matter of fact the politicians lost the war for us even though we won every major land battle. We were not allowed to bomb or invade N. Vietnam when it really counted. The rules of engagement was all political crap.

Yes M,  I am aware of those conditions for both wars. We knew these restrictions going into the war and we also knew China was our major obstacle during both wars. That is why we made very little progress and it was nearly impossible to defeat the Chinese so they ended in a negotiated settlement. These were wars we knew we couldn't win yet we  went into them headfirst. We are faced with the same situation with the middle east conflict, we can enter a war that we know we can't possibly win.

America does have the best fighting forces in the West man for man, except for Russia having  very fierce soldiers and China outnumbering our force by a 1000 to 1 and our technology advantage is probably third or fourth with respect to other world powers.

Actually it was Russia against us mainly in Vietnam. I know some Special forces that jumped the wire into Cambodia and 'Accidentially' captured two Russian 'Advisors' unfortunately we had to give them back and apologize formally. The SF careers were trashed and they were RIFFED. That means Reduction if Force for government convenience.
