An open letter to the Supreme Court of the United States of America

05/20/2009

Sirs:
I am not a lawyer, a politician, a businessman nor any other important person other than an American citizen.
I have one simple question of which I'd like an answer. I realize you are very busy so I'll make this as breif as possible, but must take some of your time in order to get my mind wrapped around this Obama birth certificate ordeal.
As I understand, many lawsuits have been thrown out because of lack of standing. May I ask who has standing if it is not the American citizen? Is it not we, the people, who are America? Do we only count at tax time or when the government wants more money or another body to wage war against our supposed enemy? Does the Constitution of the United States not give us standing when it is the citizen who that document gives authority?
If this is so, why can we not have closure on this very important matter of the qualifications of a supposed president of this nation hangs in the balance?
I believe it is imperative to our sovereignty and security to have this matter looked into and openly publicized. Such a matter as this should have been open to the public before the first vote was cast.
I ask only that the Constitution of these United States be followed in this and all matters,

A concerned American Citizen,

Has anyone seen the EPA's latest effort to destroy not only our constitutional rights, but to further bankrupt the country? Here is a link to a story: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/04/18/congress-considers-far-reaching-global-warming/.

These people – environmental fanatics using bogus science to raise taxes - will not stop until we are a third world country, with no money and no rights at all.

I strongly recommend that those interested in the "Global warming as a tool to increase Taxes" strategy of the left log onto http://www.WebCommnetary.com, and read the Global Warming updates posted there. The facts, I repeat facts, are there to see and to use. Man made global warming is a hoax.

The editor of WebCommentary has sent me the following:

"There is only one conclusion ... they [the EPA] are out to destroy the country.

The EPA is about to issue regulations ... there is a 60 day period for comment. We need to all download the documents, read them, then comment. This is insanity. The cost to everyone will be staggering ... fuel prices will skyrocket, electric prices will skyrocket, and everything that uses electric or fuel in its creation/transportation to markets will skyrocket accordingly. These morons hate this country and are out to destroy it, so it almost makes no difference what people say.

I think we should plan to find a lawyer group that will take this on pro bono to file a class action lawsuit against the administrator of the EPA and every one of the authors of this nonsense. Al Gore, James Hansen, Gavin Schmidt should also be held accountable by being named as contributors to the reckless endangerment of all Americans to the consequences of their actions. Enough is enough.

Follow the link from this

http://epa.gov/climatechange/endangerment.html

As expected, the Environmental Protection Agency ruled that greenhouse gases endanger public health and welfare. The question was and remains: By flexing its muscles, is the EPA angling to regulate the entire U.S. economy, or is it simply waving a threatening stick at Congress to prod legislators into passing climate-change legislation?"

I have know the editor for some time. He is a solid scientist, and mathematician who takes the science of global warming, as well as the destruction of the United States very seriously. Additionally, he is a patriot and a conservative.

If anyone needs or wants more information, please feel free to send me a message, or frankly one to Bob directly. Perhaps this issue can be added to the next Tea Parties Agendae. Feel free to send this info to anyone, anywhere at any time. We are the people, we have the power and we will make things change!

Best

We are now down to ONE option left that doesn't include arms and this is it. This must be done across the country and NOW. Texas is initiating and Georgia has already done it. Please folks, this is serious and talk will not get it done any more...

WE THE PEOPLE of the United States means more than mere democracy majority rule or mob rule, the Founding Fathers expected more of us, as INDIVIDUALS, with GOD GIVEN RIGHTS, to strive to be something more than mere slaves, peasants, or subjects. The DIVINE RIGHT of Kings to Rule was to be replaced by DIVINE RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS in the LAW and they at least saw all just LAWS as coming from GOD, the WORD OF GOD, and in this respect not only are we a Christian Nation, but a Judeo-Christian Nation based on Written Laws, thus a Constitutional Republic based on LAW and not on the whim of a Human or or a Mob. You would be surprised to find that even the concept of a JURY comes from early English interpretations of the Bible, as to Testimony, and so forth, these are all foundations of a nation where Individuals can be or become Noble in their own Right.

What I see now, is the Cult of Personality being formed towards destruction of our Republic, our Written Constitutional Federal Republic, in order to, as Rome fell, bring in the Rule of the Ceasars once more, the dictators, maybe at first by pure democracy and then Socialist committee rule and then individual Oligarchs. But it starts with the destruction of our Property, and from there our Liberty, and from there extinguishing the very Words, the very Ideas of Indvidual Liberty and Rule of Law that made America the Land of Opportunity and the shining beacon of Light on the Hill that Reagan often said paraphrasing Saint Augustine, who, you may know died, in a North African Roman province surrounded by the Anti-Trinity Visigoths

I definitely believe that conservatives need to support all organizations doing good and all those organizations need to look for ways to co-operate with each other.

Particularly we can look for ways to share costs for things like technology that can be shared. We can support and patronize each other's businesses, and we can refer folks to organizations that take the lead in specific areas.

My own organization, Restore Our American Republic (ROAR) is working effectively to get the Republican party back to its conservative roots and eliminate RINOs. We are at:

- James Madison

"Educate and inform the whole mass of the people... They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."

"All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent."
- Thomas Jefferson

"In free governments the rulers are the servants and the people their superiors and sovereigns."
- Benjamin Franklin

"Liberty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the people, who have...a right, an indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, divine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge, I mean the character and conduct of their rulers."
- John Adams

"They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."
- Benjamin Franklin

"The fabric of American empire ought to rest on the solid basis of the consent of the people. The streams of national power ought
to flow from that pure, original fountain of all legitimate
authority."

- Alexander Hamilton

"The probability that we may fail in the struggle ought not to deter us from the support of a cause we believe to be just."
- Abraham Lincoln

“If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.”
- James Madison

"When once a republic is corrupted, there is no possibility of remedying any of the growing evils but by removing the corruption and restoring its lost principles; every other correction is either useless or a new evil."
- Thomas Jefferson

"It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds."
- Samuel Adams

“Truth is the only safe ground to stand upon.”
- Thomas Paine

“Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclination, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.”

“Guard against the impostures of pretended patriotism.”

“The public cannot be too curious concerning the characters of public men.”

“To prevent crimes, is the noblest end and aim of criminal jurisprudence. To punish them, is one of the means necessary for the accomplishment of this noble end and aim.”
- James Wilson

“It is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth — and listen to the song of that siren, till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those, who having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it might cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.”
- Patrick Henry

"That government is best - which governs the least, because its people discipline themselves. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance."
- Thomas Jefferson
