Wake -
Let my drivers license lapse, went to renew it and found my "hospital generated" Birth Certificate (only one I've ever had) is no longer good enough - I must apply for a "government certified" birth certificate from the County Health Department, complements of DHS (the Department of Homeland Security). I told the lady at the license bureau that BC had been good enough to get me in and out of Haiti some time back but now...? Dave.
