Dear Sean:

I have received your letter on behalf of The Heritage Foundation and completed the enclosed questionnaire.

You are someone I used to respect tremendously as a principled conservative, and I was a faithful viewer of your previous show, Hannity & Colmes, rarely missing an episode.
However, since you have been and remain unwilling to cover the probable ineligibility of “President Obama,” I find your current message and request for contributions highly disingenuous.

Had you, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Neil Boortz, and Michelle Malkin been willing to address this very real and pressing issue before the election, our nation would not have reached its present critical breaking point. Even now, you continue to remain silent despite the preponderance of lawsuits and evidence that Obama was born not in Hawaii, but in Mombasa, Kenya, rendering him ineligible to serve as President under Article I, Section II, paragraph 5 of the U. S. Constitution.

You have kept this valuable information from the public for more than a year since it became available and allowed millions of voters to be deceived by a man who refused to release any personal information. His medical and college records remain sealed as well as his original long-form birth certificate and passport. Now, as you have stated yourself, we are being taken down the road of socialism and communism by a person who is not even eligible to hold the office of state or U.S. senator, let alone President of the United States.

Instead of complaining about his policies, which truly are draconian and spell the end of our republic as we know it, do some investigative journalism and report on the fact that not one hospital in Hawaii claims that Obama was born there. Report the lawsuit filed against Congress for failing to properly qualify Obama in the face of so much doubt before the Electoral Vote count was approved. Present the fact that the “birth certificate” his campaign put online has been certified as fraudulent by prominent forensic document experts. Cite the fact that not one relative of Obama’s has been allowed to speak with the press, either before or after the election.

I have not watched Fox News since the night of the election and have lost all faith in its ability or willingness to report the facts. If Obama is allowed to stay in office, our Constitution is dead, and the protections it offered to us such as freedom of speech and assembly and the honoring of contracts, are null and void.

I don’t care what Rupert Murdoch says. I don’t care what Roger Ailes, whom I once respected immensely, says. We are at a critical point in our nation’s history, as a criminal complaint has been filed by a Navy commander, Walter Fitzpatrick III, charging Obama with FRAUD and TREASON (www.jaghunters.blogspot.com and see enclosed criminal complaint). After nearly three months, Fitzpatrick remains a free man, and Obama has failed to answer the charges, which means that he cannot.

This constitutional crisis must be resolved just as Watergate was resolved. Where do you stand on upholding the Constitution and protecting the rights of your family and mine to continue to enjoy the American way of life?

You must, therefore, cover this issue immediately. Citizens’ Grand Juries, authorized by the First and Fifth Amendments, are forming all over the country and convicting Obama on the charges of Fraud and Treason (www.americangrandjury.org). The resulting presentments are being served on DAs, Attorneys General, sheriffs, marshals, governors, and judges. All we need is one staunch patriot who will stand up and demand an investigation to uncover once and for all whether or not Obama is eligible to serve.
