Dear Mr. Ailes:

RE: SHEPARD SMITH

As I am sure you are aware, on Wednesday, June 10, 2009, your anchor of “Studio B” on the Fox News Channel made the egregious error of comparing those who believe that Barack Obama is constitutionally unqualified to hold the office of president to the murderer at the National Holocaust Museum.

Smith’s immature and inappropriate comments were reprehensible and revealed that he is entirely unqualified to call himself a journalist. I ask that you remove him from his post at once for his journalistic malpractice. I am saying this as one who used to consider Shepard Smith my favorite news anchor.

Additionally, Smith offered his opinion on the controversy about Obama’s eligibility as fact to a sympathetic listener from the Southern Poverty Law Center. He claimed that the “hate” against Obama “has to stop” and that it stems from many people disliking an “African-American” president. As a journalist, he had no business making these outrageously biased statements and the other drivel about right-wing radicals which he spouted at the camera that afternoon.

Those of us who believe that Obama is ineligible to hold office have reviewed an enormous amount of direct evidence supporting our conclusion. We have done exhaustive research and found irrefutable holes in his story. Both before and after the election, millions of us have asked Obama to produce his original long-form birth certificate to quell the rising suspicion that a usurper now sits in the White House and has deceived an entire nation in the crime of the century. Yet Obama has refused, instead paying lawyers over $1,100,000 (on public record) with campaign donations to keep his records sealed. What type of person would do that instead of simply releasing the information to prove his claims? How many candidates in the past have withheld this information?

Unfortunately, Shepard Smith obviously never investigated the matter for himself. In fact, the Fox News Channel has been completely negligent in its reporting on Obama both before and after the election, which is why you are no better than MSNBC and our nation now faces a constitutional crisis.

Enclosed you will find a presentment resulting from one of the citizens’ grand juries taking place across the country. To date, there have been in excess of a dozen groups ranging in size from 18 to 45 jurors who have examined evidence that Obama has committed some very serious crimes. A military officer has filed a criminal complaint labeling Obama “a foreign born domestic enemy.” The author of that letter, Commander Walter Fitzpatrick, was visited by the Secret Service two days after filing his case but was neither arrested nor court-martialed. The enormity of this situation means that Obama is unable to respond to the charges.

Last year, if your reporters had done some real work out in the field instead of interviewing movie stars and celebrities with their outrageously low-cut necklines, they would have discovered the evidence that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya and attended college as an Indonesian citizen. They would have found out that Obama has used multiple aliases and had to forfeit his law license last year for lying on his original law application. They would have easily discovered that Michelle Obama lost her law license for ethics violations in 1993. And they would have been convinced that with all of the dissembling and hiding of information, something was terribly wrong.

Article II, Section I, paragraph 5 of the U.S. Constitution states, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of president;…”

Because you never investigated, you didn’t report that the image which the Obama campaign proffered on his website as his birth certificate is actually a Photoshopped facsimile of a document provided to children born OUTSIDE of the United States. This document was never released by the Hawaii Department of Vital Statistics. Contrary to many erroneous reports, the director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, never vouched for its authenticity. In fact, Dr. Fukino asserted that the document her department has on file is different from that which the Obama campaign released and claimed was an original. If Obama had been born in Hawaii, he would have had only the long-form birth certificate, not the one posted with the blacked-out certificate number.

You have also failed to report on the more than 50 lawsuits filed against Obama, Biden, Congress, the DNC, the RNC, John McCain, and former Vice President Richard Cheney for failing to perform their due diligence and/or uphold their oaths to the Constitution. Several suits are still active, with the one filed against Congress awaiting a hearing date. Another suit in Hawaii is in the appeals stage. Yet another filed in Pennsylvania uncovered the fact that Senator Arlen Specter unconstitutionally served as a Pennsylvania state elector (see Article II, Section 1, paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution).

I have not watched Fox News for many months now, as it became clear to me that your real interest is not in reporting the truth, but rather in making money. Greed has caused you to allow this debacle to continue, keeping the American people in the dark. I used to believe that you did an outstanding job of keeping the public informed without bias, but I, and millions of others, will never trust you again nor patronize your sponsors.

I suggest you direct your reporters to do their jobs and uncover the truth. While Shepard Smith may find it shocking, the truth about Obama’s deceit will shortly be public knowledge due to the integrity and fine journalism of many internet bloggers and websites. You will be exposed as part of the problem. This constitutional nightmare must end, and soon. The military needs a qualified Commander-in-Chief.

I am neither an extremist nor a “crazy.” I do not live in a “scary place.” I happen to be one of the people who has researched Obama extensively, seen screenshots of foreign newspapers that have openly published the fact that he was born in Kenya, and heard the interviews of both Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico and Peter Ogego, the Kenyan ambassador to the U.S., in which they admit that Obama is foreign-born. This information has been readily available for months, and you have shamelessly ignored it.

When the truth becomes known, the traditional media will go out of business, and deservedly so. Like CBS so many years ago, Fox began as a fearless investigator of the truth, yet you are now reduced to being a player in the sordid conspiracy to have an ineligible black man elected president. What you have failed to see is that in so doing, you have brought about your own demise.
