Apparently not enough, because, in March of 2016 US Special Forces are redeploying to Texas, under a new code-name: UWEX 16 short for “Unconventional Warfare Exercise 2016.” Unlike Jade Helm 15, where military contractors and officers presented their plans for public scrutiny, UWEX 16 was approved by Commissioners, in secret, without public input, effectively handing over Bastrop County to the US military without public consent.

When the people are removed from the public debate over military operations within their own County limits, martial law has been declared. In the case of Jade Helm UWEX 16 the citizens of Bastrop County don't even know.

According to reports UWEX 16 will be even more covert than Jade Helm 15, operating on privately owned properties in the county, and at Camp Swift.

County Judge Paul Pape, told the press, he is in full support of the next phase of military operations,in Bastrop as he indicated, there were “no incidents” during Jade Helm.

Despite one local eyewitness, Bryan Hohenstein who stated, "We saw a few more uniforms in restaurants and in the Walmart."

Unfortunately for Hohenstein his response indicates Jade Helm 15 was a successful conditioning exercise. No wonder the military is returning!

Judge Pape’s only concern was the public outcry and paranoia surrounding Jade Helm 15 and hopes the military planners have a better containment policy than last time.

He was clear to issue a directive to Special Forces to subdue the new name for the operation and refrain from labeling Texas as “hostile” territory.

Little is known about UWEX 16 at this time, other than it kicks off in March of 2016 and will be even more covert than Jade Helm.

Unfortunately for Judge Pape and the Bastrop Commissioners the cat is out of the bag. Fortunately for the free people of Texas we’re getting the word out.

We'll monitor military chatter to bring you the latest on this developing story.

dont know why you would put this on obamas head this has been coming for yrs by both parties...I get the most resistance of this issue from republicans...issue being the police state...remember it was GW bush that passed a democrat policy known as the patriot act...

Didn't put it on his head, but just wondering - since he is the one who seems to be pushing this process. By the way, the EO 13603 plan - that gives Obama so much power to decide to take over, was originally updated by JFK - guess  every President has written one of these. Not sure of JFK's EO #, but it's been on the record. So all Obama did was make it more likely he could take over. As for the Patriot Act, yes that also allows for more damage.  

You didn't address my question - are you concerned?  Is Obama considering taking over?

NO!!!.... I am not concerned about BO anymore than I was about GW...both have laid the ground work for future abuse's...but could BO be the one that gets the final goal achieved ...I hope not ...but to put focus on just one person when many hold the blame is a little short sighted...as for EO's every potus has done them to their benefit as well as future potus's ...you have noticed that NO potus has ever rescinded an EO and the chances they do is slim...

remember that progressives in both parties want this to happen...so lets not act like it's just democrats..

final note ...I pushed for military training just like this along the border but it was the republican supporters that shot it down...and ...they are the ones that are silent on it now

Your response is received - you don't really worry about Obama taking that step.  I also have disagreements with both parties. However, as a United We Stand, America since 1991,  I have been checking Independent on the polls I've answered. Wouldn't put other, too many radical other parties out there. Anyway, I can now check Tea Party - because someone has given me an idea. Since I was one of the first to join Ross Perot's party, that leads me to be a founder of the Tea Party.    

So now I'm officially a Tea Party member. Guess I'll have to run for office now.

I said I am no more concerned than with GW...and since GW did the worst violation to the Bill of rights when it comes to enforcing a police state mesa thinks you protest to much....bordering beyond short sighted.....

I will add that this concern also applies to any other bush as well as all the progressives...in both parties

I think it was BO administration that put in effect that someone can be imprison for crimes they may commit. I am not sure of the whole criteria surrounding this to happen, but it was his administration. Plus giving the UN power to disarm our civilians under certain criteria also.We need a PUTUS who will walk these laws back to the constitution.

thats one heck of a claim...do you have any links to support that people are going or might go to jail for something they might do...really anything would help.

now I know there has been much talk about this subject and if true doesnt the patriot act just set the stage for such an abuse of power to happen..

can not condemn one abuse and ignore another cause of party affiliation...wrong is wrong

Blades, I thought maybe we could research this together. I am no Bush fan, and he totally got away with circumventing the constitution. Largely because of 911. The progressives of both parties are guilty and my hope is people wake up the reality of that...I will do some research at some point in near future. Hope you will find time also to help with this issue.

what research is needed ????...we both agree that both parties are corrupt and both have done horrible things....like DHS...you know the American version of the SS....the problem I see here and out in public is the hive minded party drones refuse to accept or acknowledge that their party has EVER done something wrong...or are willing to give a pass and vote for them anyway....

to topic here where you and V are complaining about BO...do you really think he cares what you say..he wont stop or change..and while he ignores you... those that you will vote for have supported doing the same things you complain about and then vote anyway...
