Dear Congressman__________ or Dear Senator____________ 

Letter/Fax/and also separate E-Mail to be sent to both Houses with an extra one sent to the House Clerks Office ( [e-mail] ) with an included request that she send it to every member of the House. The same procedure for the Senators and the Secretary of the Senate ( http://www.senate.gov/general/contacting.htm ) to send a copy to every Senator.

 You know that you were put in your office by the people in your district and State. Congressman by direct order of the Constitution, you are supposed to be the Representative of the people and as such you are supposed to represent what they themselves want modified only by the Constitutional Laws pertinent to those desires.

Although you were put in office by the people of your State, You are Required by the enumerated powers section of the Constitution, to be the elected Representative of your State and it's Legislatures Agendas, and NOT the Representative of your Political Party's Agendas.

Having been elected by and for the People of your state, the question is; Do You Believe the original assessment is correct and valid, and do you agree with the presumption in the opening statement? I expect a detailed answer from either you or a sanctioned answer from one of your aide's.

I do not believe that America is set up for the benefit of the privileged class of Politicians and their business associates that has come about in the last hundred years. Neither do I believe that America should be the Nanny Government it has become. I don't mind the Government helping the people that actually need help to survive, but I draw the line at subsidizing the healthy people that have become trapped in a system that seems to have been put in place to insure votes. The welfare system needs to be completely overhauled to where it gives sustenance to the people in temporary need and also actively requires them to take training in a field that will provide jobs for them, and have a set time the able bodied can remain on the dole. If you ever want America to become strong and self reliant again you will have to accept this premise for actual beneficial change.

Because of the inroads the privileged coalition between Politicians and their Business crony's  is now so entrenched, the average American has fallen victim to a political system that refuses to listen to the people and just follows the Party Line and Agenda that seems to have been set by the Elites for the Elites benefit. All the 'Deals' 'slanted restrictions' on business that only benefit the select few and make it impossible for free and open competition, Raiding the Social Security System coffers since the Eisenhower Administration to fund 'Special' projects. The list goes on Ad-Naseum. Answer this; do you intend to actually do something to correct the situation, or do you want to maintain the status-quo?

The propaganda machine that both parties and the Elites have developed over the years has played it's part quite well.to divide the people so they will not unite on the issues and accuse each other of being the problem instead of the system you have helped top create and perpetuate. Remember it was the middle class that built America and if you manage to break it down, America will also fall along with it. So will your fortunes.

Be advised, It's Our turn Now. We will not be ignored any more. Your churlish ways will have to come to an end either by you voluntarily ending it, or by us making it end. Rest assured, it will end. We are through being driven to the brink by your greed for money and power. It's time for you to start restoring the middle class, their jobs, their communities, and their homes. the public trough you and your Ilk have been feeding from is going to be closed by us.

Be aware, the Middle Class is starting to rise up to take back what is rightfully and Constitutionally ours. We are not going to take it back with guns unless you have your toadies start shooting us. any violence that happens will be because You and your Ilk have started it. We will use the knowledge we have gained over the last 20 years to do that. Knowledge is the thing you fear most. the ripping off of the cover and exposing those deals and other issues to the full light of day.

We no longer unreservedly believe your media pimps or your lying political hacks. We will no longer 'Trust' our Representatives and Government to act in our behalf to 'Do What Is Right'  or believe you and your Ilk will work for our benefit instead of for your and your Elitist masters benefits. Your past practices have shown us that you will not. Why else do you think that Congress and the Government has such a low approval rating? Are you that stupid that you think we are going to fall for your twisted explanations or excuses any more?

Ignore this warning from the people at your own peril, because if you do ignore it, you will no longer be in a position of power, we will see to that just like we did with John Boehner. We are through 'leaving it in your hands'. We're taking back our Country and reforming it into what we want it to be, not what you have made it into.

One final warning; Don't think this is a hollow piece of Rhetoric, We mean to hold all of you accountable to us.

Several times, I've tried to circulate a message about certain bills/rules, that were contrary to what I and others believed - we believed the actions to be anti-American Constitution. My letters, emails were rejected by most: BECAUSE, I was not in their district. So though I find this memo great and will attempt to send out as suggested, It will only go to a few members - both of the State Assembly/Senate, and the Federal Congress. I could also submit to certain heads of each party, and to Congressional leaders, Speaker, etc. So though I'd love to set Paul Ryan straight here at home, the only way I can address him is as Speaker of the House. And we all know what happens there - the aides take over.(Just a mention about the issues in sending out to your state congress criters.)

That is the reason for sending a copy to the Clerk and Secretary and asking them to send it to all the members. If enough people do this at the Federal level the representatives will sit up and take notice because they will view it as a trend. It takes far fewer people to have the same effect at the State Level. the key is to have as mant individual messages of protest on the same subject as possible. Back for the 2010 election the GOP would not promote the Republican candidate against Reid, and we got together ans slammed the RNC chairman's E-mail with so many people that the site crashed a few times and he begged us to call off the protest sendings and agreed to promote but it was too late in the election year to do much good. We also caused  Harry Reid's Senate site to shut down over an issue.
