As with all the Nanny Governments past ploys, California is again being used as a test bed for more and harsher restrictions. Remember where the Gasoline changes started? Remember where the Air Pollution Standards started? Remember where the Environmental Laws got Started? Remember where just about every Progressive restriction got started?

Well, it's happening again, and this time it's going to affect our Second Amendment to the point that it may as well not even be there. Starting Jan.1, 2016 a California "Gun Safety Law" will go into effect that gives Judges the right to arbitrarily confiscate a persons guns if the Judge decides there's a "Potential For Violence" That's all it takes, No 'Guidelines' nor 'Burden of Proof' required or  mentioned.

A.B. 1014, which was introduced last year by Assembly members Das Williams (D-Carpinteria) and Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley), allows a court to issue an ex parte gun violence restraining order and a firearm seizure warrant based on the “recent acquisition of firearms or other deadly weapons“ or the “reckless use, display, or brandishing” of firearms even if no crime has been committed. 

The bill “would authorize any member of the general public” – including “a disgruntled neighbor, a former employee, an ex-girlfriend, or any other scorned or vindictive individual” - to file a ‘gun violence restraining order’ against “someone they ‘think’ shouldn’t have a firearm,” the NRA said in a letter to committee members.

In addition to evidence of threats or acts of violence, the bill would also allow a judge to consider a gun owner’s past non-violent convictions when issuing a secret seizure warrant, the NRA pointed out.

In the case of A.B. 1014, however, “law enforcement officers will be entering the homes of law-abiding individuals with guns drawn and orders to seize all firearms in sight,” .

“The idea that police officers will be legally obligated to treat citizens who in many cases aren’t even accused of a crime as dangerous, armed individuals is a new and disturbing innovation in the law,” 

Bear in mind that California has some of the most draconian gun laws on the books in America, and then extrapolate out to what Obama has flatly stated he will be doing with executive actions. What better way around Congress and more so the will of the majority of the people?

This may be the future of American Citizens when the Progressive Oligarchy becomes the rule of the land.“The idea that police officers will be legally obligated to treat citizens who in many cases aren’t even accused of a crime as dangerous, armed individuals is a new and disturbing innovation in the law,”  That is the most chilling Statist/Progressive pronouncement and agenda ever seen in America. This is the beginning of our return to enslavement by a "Ruling Class" of Pseudo Monarchy.

What ever happened to the american Legal Standard that a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty? The Onus of Proof has descended on the People to prove their innocence when the State presumes them guilty. That is how all the Communist Dictatorships treat their subjects.

Tuesdays results from the CNN/ORC polls show most Americans oppose Obama and the gun grabbers on stricter gun laws and disapprove of Obama's handling of the gun control issue. Remember back in Feb 2015 when Obama tried to get the BATFE to ban 5.56 - M 855 ammo? Thank God this man will be gone in just over a year from now. Lets pray that he will be stopped from doing even more damage to us until then. In my considered opinion, it's time for the Citizens of this Country to Unite and take back what has been usurped from us by Repealing the 14th,16th and 17th Amendments and flip the power flow back to what the Founders intended it to be. Lets face it squarely, these three Amendments have been the impetus that has placed us at this point with our Government dictating to us instead of being responsible to us. Some may argue that the 14th should stay because it guarantees citizenship and voting rights. The 15th Guarantees voting rights, and the 1866 Civil Rights act defines citizenship. While the 14th has been used to further many arguments like the Anchor Baby rule for which it was not intended. I cite; Senator Jacob Howard, a contemporary of the time period when the 14th was ratified, and spelled out the beliefs of Congress at that time of the intent of that 14th Amendment.  He stated; "Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country." This understanding was further reaffirmed by Senator Edward Cowan from the same time period who stated;"[A foreigner in the United States] has a right to the protection of the laws; but he is not a citizen in the ordinary acceptance of the word..."   Look at it like this; The phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" was intended to exclude American-born persons from automatic citizenship whose allegiance to the United States was not complete. With illegal aliens who are unlawfully in the United States, their native country has a claim of allegiance on the child. Thus, the completeness of their allegiance to the United States is impaired, which therefore precludes automatic citizenship. I got your point on test bed. This is the land of easy going and anything goes. And then with the exception of Oakland. It is the Panzy capitol of the USA.What I am trying to say .. Is it`s not much of a test...They probably can set the record for complacency...I think it is a fertile atmosphere to plant a seed of change and hope it gets enough nurturing from tree hugging, stoned out surfer dudes. that any liberal idea can take root.

  Homeless U.S. military veterans stand in line for free services at a "Stand Down" event hosted by the Department of Veterans Affairs on November 3, 2011 in Denver, Colorado. A week ahead of Veterans Day, more than 500 homeless veterans were expected to attend the event, where they received free medical care, winter clothing, employment assistance and were able to see a judge to resolve legal issues. Organizers say the homeless veterans population has surged in recent years with the high national unemployment rate. Stand Down is a military term that means a temporary stop of offensive military action.

A Tomah Department of Veterans Affairs employee responsible for counseling inpatient female veterans in the PTSD and substance abuse units has just been jailed over multiple sexual assault allegations, according to reports received by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

 An internal public affairs memo corroborates those reports, though the exact nature of the behavior was not mentioned, nor was an employee named.

Reports indicate that the employee was likely a mental health peer support specialist who allegedly forced oral sex on one woman and exposed his penis to two other women. Other potential victims are coming forward now that word has spread around the facility of the booking in the Monroe County jail. In total, the suspect faces seven charges, though exactly what those charges are at this point is unclear.

“This issue has not hit the press yet but we expect it to gain attention fairly soon,” Matthew Gowan, public affairs officer at the Tomah VA, told facility employees over email. Gowan then included a statement from the acting director at the facility regarding the incident.

“Employees, there has been an unfortunate incident in our medical center,” the statement reads. “I wanted you to be aware in an effort to be transparent and foster trust. A Tomah VA Medical Center Mental Health Peer Support Specialist was arrested yesterday and booked into the Monroe County Jail. The employee faces seven charges and  was arraigned in Monroe County Court this afternoon.”

According the statement, a veteran reported an incident regarding the peer support specialist Dec. 31, which is when officials began looking into the allegations. Following a quick investigation, “The employee was immediately placed on Administrative Absence and removed from clinical care duties.”

The acting director added that a VA police investigation is ongoing.

So, what do you think about this. This person could be one that would report anyone a danger and should be put on a do not allow to own guns list. 
This is what worries me - just who has the phone and the pen to place a person on the do not allow gun ownership list.
And for the veterans, this is even more a problem.

For every one of these good cops there are a few bad ones like the one who beat down a person who had a permit and was not threatening. Or the Massachusetts officers who will harass people vacationing in their State who have permits but have not brought their guns or permits with them

I'm not really as concerned about the cops as I am about the others - FBI, Homeland Security, TSA and those in the medical profession. Especially for the military veterans and older men and women.  They are move likely to do the take away via paper diagnoses. And sometimes, the patient/person on the list doesn't even know they are on it.

It appears by reading the post and the discussions that have followed, legal citizens are a target for mass destruction.

The IRS can now confiscate your passport if you are deemed to owe money, and even if you don't and caught in a "political round up" much like the Conservative denial of exempt status, see how fast you get that passport back. And a number of other policies where the rule of law has new rules..... TotalSociaLibGressive Rules and to sum it all up....we are screwed.

From the start of this administration, many of us spoke of the concerns we had and now, we are left with "I told you so" and that is all we have..."We told ya all".  Not much for years of e-mails,letters, calls, town hall meetings, and what ever else that has been tried and we are no better off now than we were 8 years ago and that in no way is a good thing and god only knows what else will come down the DC pike to really add more hurt that who ever may get into office will walk into the biggest pile of crap this country has ever seen.  The first 4 years will be spent on clean up, and the election to follow will have the " See, nothing was accomplished by this POTUS, so the other party will get the votes and we will be right back where we left off in 2016..... and the cycle of the continued destruction of this country will continue 4 years from now and will be by then a lost cause for sure.

Not a pretty picture for generations to come, or wait, under the Gates Foundation suggestion that population control is best for the environment and resources there won't be too many in the generations to come so never mind no need to be too concerned?!!!

This election is for me the most assigning pluther of Bovine Squirts ever gathered in the history of America... on both sides that I am praying for an alien invasion to occur to possibly make things right again, even just a little bit, for at this point I am not greedy, just beyond the idea that the uniform I wore and the oath I took, is being shredded right before my eyes and the lives lost to assure the freedoms our founders intended mean nothing to anyone any more, all lip service, no substance.

So, as citizens we are now faced with waiting for the banging on the door to take our weapons of protection, our money we work for to pay for those who don't, our food because the Fed Nanny knows best, our energy centrally monitored, did your utility company offer you the new "Temp Regulator Programmable Thermostat" yet? if not- wait.... your car- better have the plug in monitor or already installed monitoring for your every move and how you move, and add that the turnpikes and other toll roads are now going "Toll Peopleless", no Easy Pass, your plates get photo snapped and the bill is mailed to ya!!! Your kids for liberal education empties their minds and easier to manipulate and parental rights are gone, you just don't realize it yet and things taken for the greater good is really only for the great and in no way for the good.

This was all warned about for so long, the writing was already written on the walls, the books, the stories, the what if's and the what for's , ignorance and arrogance that it would never happen here was the very mind set anticipated and prayed for by those who want the "Great Experiment" called America gone.  The spirit of 1776 is fading, the TotalSociaLibGressives has snugged away the essence of who we once were and met the very much of their goal  of the fundamental change sought.

All, that is left is this one moment in history, this election is the pivoting point of where we go from here despite the hardships facing the tomorrow, but today we better make the best damn choice for the betterment of this country and a serious one at that for whimsy, trendy, interesting,shocking, fun size and different is not what is needed, but balls, strength, know how, call it as it is, tough, and unafraid.  Think carefully who we decide to put forward in getting back what has been lost for some time and the guts to rebuild on the original foundation a place that deserves to be called the United States of America....again
