Do you know the power of the Sheriff? Does your Sheriff know his/her responsibility to you the citizens of his/her county? Please read and listen to the information in this email then talk to your Sheriff. Just ask him/her if they are prepared to protect your rights to your weapons should the federal government try to confiscate them. Even if a law is passed the Sheriff has the obligation to protect the citizens of their county from the federal government when they overreach their power. Is your Sheriff going to protect you? Is your Sheriff going to do his/her job? You better find out now before it is too late.
If you take the little bit of time to find out how your Sheriff stands on the issue of registration, banning or confiscation of any weapon please send me an email and let me know how they stand. I will forward that information. It is our hope to get a response from all 3100 counties.

I am writing to you, to ask you what your beliefs are about your citizens Constitutional Rights, and how you interpret your responsibility to the citizens of ( Name of County ), should the Federal Government overstep it's Constitutional Restraints, and try to arbitrarily reclassify and confiscate legally owned firearms in violation of the Second Amendment Rights of Americans? Are you prepared to protect our Constitutional Rights, and defend the Constitution of the United States?
Even if an Unconstitutional Law is passed by the Federal Government, are you prepared to protect the citizens of ( Name of County ) from the Federal Government when they overreach their Constitutional Authority? One of the most important lawful roles of a County Sheriff, is being the single most important administrative,political and legal authority under a Sovereign State. Since every State of the Union is essentially a Sovereign Nation unto it's own,and every County is a legitimate sub-division of that Sovereign Nation, the individual's real constitutional protections are Primarily Enforced by the County Sheriff. One of the most important duties of that Sheriff's lawful responsibilities, is to ensure that no one, even the Federal Government, violates the Constitutional rights of anyone within the jurisdiction of the County Sheriff.
