The Hillary Clinton presidential campaign received terrible news on Thursday when a federal court ruled that emails ( http://conservativetribune.com/hillary-benghazi-diane-reynolds/ 'Hillary Alias' ) found by the FBI during its investigation of Clinton’s private email server must be released to the American people.

Every batch of Clinton emails ( http://conservativetribune.com/major-paper-turns-on-clinton/ ) released to date has forced Clinton to defend her indefensible practices as secretary of state (or just hope the media doesn’t talk about it too much), and this newest batch will be no exception.

Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act Request ( http://conservativetribune.com/state-department-delays/ ) requesting any and all emails the FBI found, and a federal court ruled that the State Department had less than three weeks to release those emails, theWashington Examiner

“The State Department shall search the material, determine whether any responsive records exist, and complete its first production of non-exempt records, to the extent any exist, by Sept. 13, 2016,” the court’s ruling read.

Judicial Watch ( http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/press-releases/court-orders... ) also noted that among the emails deleted by Clinton (and found by the FBI) were emails pertaining to the Benghazi terror attack — emails that never should have been deleted in the first place.

“In a court filing this week, the State Department admitted it had found Benghazi-related documents among the 14,900 Clinton emails and attachments uncovered by the FBI that Mrs. Clinton deleted and withheld from the State Department,” read a news release by Judicial Watch.

When these emails ( http://conservativetribune.com/hillary-benghazi-diane-reynolds/ ) are released, they could cause some serious harm to Clinton — in fact they could end up crippling her campaign if the material within them is bad enough.

A constant theme of this election has been Clinton and her emails. ( http://conservativetribune.com/man-executed-hillary-emails/ ) They never have anything good in them and they have consistently eroded Clinton’s ability to project herself as a competent leader.

All we have to do is wait until Sept. 13 to see what else Clinton thought she could get away with.
