Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic
On Wednesday night, Fox News’ Bret Baier breathlessly recounted the latest news from the Clinton investigation and it has to have the Clinton team very worried.
Breaking news tonight — two separate sources with intimate knowledge of the FBI investigations into the Clinton emails and the Clinton Foundation tell Fox the following:
The investigation looking into possible pay-for-play interaction between Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Foundation has been going on for more than a year. Led by the white-collar crime division, public corruption branch of the criminal investigative division of the FBI.
The Clinton Foundation investigation is a, quote, “very high priority.” Agents have interviewed and reinterviewed multiple people about the Foundation case, and even before the WikiLeaks dumps, agents say they have collected a great deal of evidence. Pressed on that, one source said, quote, “a lot of it,” and “there is an avalanche of new information coming every day.”
Altogether, Baier reveals five new pieces of information that he’d discovered while digging into what the FBI was doing.

Even Hillary’s staunchest supporters have got to be sweating bullets after this news.
The video from Bret Baier bombshell last night is now available for you to watch.
Citing sources at the FBI, Fox News anchor Bret Baier said the FBI’s renewed investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server will almost certainly end in an indictment, unless some sort of “obstruction” arises.
Baier made the claim Wednesday night during a broadcast of “On the Record” with Brit Hume. He said that a “lot of evidence” had been recovered from Anthony Wiener’s laptop, and made an eventual indictment appear very likely, even if it came months after the election.
“I pressed, again and again, on this very issue,” Baier told Hume. “These sources said, yes, the investigations will continues [sic], there’s a lot of evidence, and barring some obstruction in some way, they believe they’ll continue to, likely, an indictment.”
And, as ClashDaily reported last night, the interview includes a reference to Five Foreign Nations who had (with 99% certainty) managed to HACK Hillary’s private server.
(Loretta Lynch comes off looking pretty badly in this, too.)

Indictments are common when it comes to criminal law, however charges rarely hold up in a court of law. If an indictment comes from this investigation I doubt it will be charged against Hillary maybe some on her staff or even the Clinton foundation but I doubt Hillary will be implicated.
Having a private server in her house was against the Laws set by our government. Her finally saying it was a mistake after trying to hide the truth. Is like a robber saying it was a mistake to rob the store.
We either have accountability or you have a banana republic. It is that simple.
I did not know having a private server was against the law....I thought it was not a policy permitted by government....quite the difference.
It would have put others behind bars
When you work for the state department it is not like working in other branches of Government. Use you head. The state dept. handle high security information. So if those are just policies why are so many in jail for breaking with policy. Jeez.

Congress has ordered the Department of Justice (DOJ) to hand over all files pertaining to the FBI’s Hillary Clinton investigation.
In an letter to Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Jason Chaffetz demanded that all files related to the investigation be preserved.
Judiciary.house.gov reports:
November 3, 2016
The Honorable Loretta Lynch
Attorney General
U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20530
Dear Madam Attorney General:
We write to supplement our previous request that you preserve all documents referring or relating to Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal email server.
On October 28, 2016, Director Comey notified Congress that the FBI was investigating a new source of emails related to the Clinton email server investigation.
Subsequent reports indicate that these new sources of emails are previously-unexamined devices from Huma Abedin, Secretary Clinton’s advisor, and her husband, Anthony Weiner. Reports also suggest that these emails number 650,000 and are from multiple devices related to the FBI’s criminal investigation of Mr. Weiner.
As the respective Chairmen of the committee of jurisdiction over the Department of Justice and the FBI, and the principal oversight committee for the House of Representatives, we hereby request that you preserve all documents, communications, and other records or data obtained in the course of that investigation.
Specifically, preserve any information found on Ms. Abedin’s and Mr. Weiner’s devices, in email accounts referring or relating to those devices and/or their owners, and on any other source that the Department or the FBI reviews that is related to this case.
This request includes, but is not limited to, all emails, documents, files, and metadata, regardless of relevancy or claims of privilege, and should be construed in the broadest possible form, understanding that Congressional oversight powers are broader and more far-reaching than those permitted by Department policy, and the limits of subpoenas in the oversight versus the investigatory context are substantially different.
Moreover, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2704, we expect that you have sought backup preservation of email contents from Yahoo and any other service over which Ms. Abedin and Mr. Weiner communicated. This request necessarily includes, but is not limited to, any and all documents reviewed or sorted by FBI and DOJ pre-reviewers (i.e., the “taint team” or “filter team”), before they are handed over to the investigative team.
