Considering The Kavanaugh Accusations

This epitomizes to me the mental mindset of the Democrats and their attack modes that push hot buttons. What needs to happen is for Congress to invoke the 6th Amendment and have Ford,Ramirez,and Kavanaugh testify Under Oath about the issues.

Any corroborating evidence needs to be submitted to affirm or deny the charges. Although I fully believe the women have manufactured the accusations out of spite for Trump and Conservatives, I believe they deserve to be heard.

I suggest that Kavanaugh be confirmed, and if he is proven guilty then he can be removed in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution under Article III Section 1. "The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office." That means if he was proven to be guilty he could be removed for cause and both sides would have their day in court so to speak.

If however it was found that the charges were patently false, then the parties involved could be cited and indicted for Slander and Perjury, with Feinstein being brought up on charges in the Senate under Article I section 5-2: Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member. However if the Senate acted or not, Feinstein could still be held accountable under the Slander Laws in a Civil Case.

Here are some critical things to think about over the next few months;

First, the expected Red Wave will not happen unless we can get the same voters who came out in 2016 to vote for Trump,and to vote against the threat posed to our Republic by Hillary, to overcome the complacency and come and vote against the far greater threat the Democrats pose at this juncture in our history.

If the Democrats win, it will mean an immediate end to everything we have gained in the last two years, and they will also severely punish us for our disobedience to their agendas and ideologies by electing Trump. Maybe even start a War to kill many of us off, maybe not.
