Gun Owners of America Gunnies Take it on the Chin    In a defeat for fiscal and Second Amendment conservatives, the House and Senate this week approved a short-term “continuing resolution” (CR) to extend the operation of the government for three weeks -- until April 8.   The CR would continue to fund anti-gun ObamaCare, ATF’s illegal multiple sales regulations, ATF’s unlawful Project Gunrunner -- and a litany of other unconstitutional provisions.   Majority Leader Harry Reid rammed the anti-gun CR through the Senate on Thursday. In both chambers, the leadership tried to excuse its actions on behalf of the CR by arguing that it would cut $6 billion from the roughly $1.5 trillion deficit -- two-thirds of one percent of the current deficit.   But all of these cuts were painless cuts preapproved by the Obama administration.
