Any of the above are clearly appropriate. Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution states clearly: "No state shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance or Confederation. No state shall enter into an agreement or Compact with another state or with a foreign power." The counties and cities that are members of ICLEI in the United States, through its national organization (UN) are attempting to implement foreign policy ( just as they did bringing Red China into Idaho) which our Constitution forbids. These are formidable lawsuits!! We can't just take this crap...we must stop it now!
