AG Schmidt,

I want to make some points in the hope that you will forward them to Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal attorney. As a lowly precinct committeeman, I have no "in" where I can get them to Mr. Giuliani. I hope, if you agree with my thinking, that you do.
>
Please be patient and read the entirety of my email. I think you will agree with my points. I am confident you are acutely aware of the majority of what I write, BUT I also have a point you may not have considered regarding the ongoing and massive vote fraud and President Trump's fight to overturn the media's "Coronation" of Joe Biden.
>
The Constitution ORDERS state legislatures (NOT governors or judges) to set the places, manner, and TIME for elections. Thirty (count them -- THIRTY) states have gone so far as to say that ballots arriving AFTER a certain time on election day SHALL NOT be counted. Yet, several of said states have openly defied their own law. These are states where President Trump is justifiably contesting the election count.
>
In the above cited states, hundreds of thousands (if not millions, nationally) of ballots for Joe Biden arrived AFTER the polls had officially closed, yet were taken into the counting stations and added to Biden's vote total. ALL of said ballots, 100%, were for Biden and NONE were for Trump! This is where the Democrats screwed themselves! If these ballots had been a mix of votes, some for Biden, some for Trump, and some for other candidates, it would be impossible to determine which votes arrived after the polls had officially closed and, thus, which ones were fraudulent.
>
BUT, the Democrats screwed up when they openly reported the number of late arriving ballots, ALL FOR BIDEN, that arrived on November Fourth or even later. To my mind, this would make it easy for a court to "adjust" the vote tally simply by deducting the Democrat-reported number of late arriving ballots for Biden. This is a Prima Facie Democrat "confession" of illegality and fraud.
>
Speaking of fraud, I believe "United States v. Throckmorton", a SCOTUS ruling handed down in 1871, applies here. In Throckmorton, SCOTUS ruled that [election] fraud "vitiates the entire process". When fraud is eventually and incontrovertibly proven, SCOTUS may have no choice but to declare Trump the winner of the election; OR order new, in-person only, heavily supervised elections.
>
Now, a couple of suggestions I hope you will take seriously. Kansas could pass legislation ordering all absentee and mail-in ballots be date/time stamped upon arrival and said date/time stamps be signed or initialed by representatives from both major Parties. Ballots that do not arrive on or before election day and are not date/time stamped and signed by Party Representatives shall not be counted. We will never be able to fully eradicate all voter fraud, BUT my suggested legislation would reduce it to an insignificant "blip".
>
Further, such legislation could eviscerate the eventual demand for "vote by email", "vote by Twitter", and other nonsense.
>
I hope you can get this message to Rudy Giuliani and President Trump.
