Is the Patch the Rig? SOS Benson sounded the alert to a glitch with Dominion Voting Systems used in over 60 Michigan Counties. Apparently when the voter filled out the Republican Straight Party oval, the machines were counting the Presidential vote for Kamala Harris.  This issue was not limited to Michigan. SOS Benson's solution? Let Dominion download a patch to fix the problem. A simple fix right?

 

Well not so fast. This bug should have been caught during the Logic and Accuracy tests, right?  But it did not. So how did the software even get certified?  And according to Patrick Byrne, allowing an untested patch to be downloaded during an ongoing election is a trojan horse.  "The patch is the rig," Patrick explained during a recent social media post.  "Dominion does this all over the world...the patch (untested and uncertified) opens a back door into the system that they can access from their offices in Serbia and they can manipulate the results any way they want. They create within the machine a virtual machine and come in through a back door and use the virtual machine to manipulate the hard drive and any results they want. When they are done, they collapse the virtual machine, close the connection and there is no trace, nothing you can find. The patch IS the rig."

 

Attorney Stephanie Lambert has been working with the Irving Township Clerk in Barry County to file an Emergency Injunctive Relief Order with the court that will prohibit the questionable patch in that county and allow for a hand count of the paper ballots instead. SOS Benson is fighting back by trying to get the case moved to a different jurisdiction.  Praying some other jurisdictions would like to ditch the patch too... In Michigan, every voter gets one unique voter ID number.  So one would expect that 82,674 unique voter ID numbers would account for 82,674 ballots.  But that was not the case early last week.  Approximately 208,075 ballots were attributed to 82,674 unique voter ID numbers on the State database. That is 125,428 more ballots than voters. The SOS called this issue a "formatting error glitch" and assured the RNC that no extra ballots would be counted.  Nothing to see here...especially since the QVF was scrubbed one day later of the duplicate votes.

 

That was quite a glitch according to Tim Vetter and Phani Mantravadi from CheckMyVote.org. The duplicate votes had the same Voter ID number and name, but different addresses. This occurred in 90 jurisdictions across the state, with one voter recorded as casting 29 ballots from different addresses in Detroit. Not sure this is how a formatting error actually works. While there is no evidence that these duplicate votes originated at the precinct level, that in itself is disturbing. Where else can someone be "checked in" to have voted and returned a ballot? Well, there you have it and it's not even election day!  How can we trust these results? Make sure you get out the vote and let your politicians know that this crap is going on.
