Many liberals passed sentence on the Citizens for Constitutional Freedom (CCF) weeks ago. The cowboys occupying the Malheur Wildlife Refuge headquarters in Oregon were criminals. Even worse, they were culturally unsympathetic criminals. “Y’all Qaeda,” was the taunt of choice for the smart set, which rocked with laughter when enterprising wags delivered sex toys to the squares.

Yet when they put joking aside, many progressives called for these “militants” to be dealt with as “the terrorists they were”: lethally and with extreme prejudice. Besides, many said, the right-wing nuts were probably a bunch of Islamophobic racists.

The law-and-order left got what they wanted on Tuesday of last week, when several CCF members were ambushed on the road by the FBI and Oregon State Police. CCF spokesman LeVoy Finicum was shot and killed, and the rest were arrested (some after also being shot). The killing was met mostly with approval or shrugs from progressives on social media.

One notable exception was Anonymous, which released a video declaring that:

“…Finicum was killed in cold blood, as his hands were in the air. Just as Anonymous called for justice in the killing of Michael Brown we call for justice now.”

Indeed, it was the police killing of Michael Brown in Ferguson that first popularized the protest slogan, “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot,” which has been chanted by many of the same liberals now justifying Finicum being shot with his empty hands in the air.

During the Ferguson unrest however, the law-and-order right would have none of it. To them, Michael Brown was just a “thug,” a known criminal who had recently shaken down a store. If he didn’t want to get shot, he shouldn’t have resisted a cop, thought many of the same conservatives now outraged over the bloody government response to CCF’s armed defiance.

Both sides reduce all questions of justice to identity politics, and effectively treat rights as a sympathy-based concept.

For the left, Michael Brown was a sympathetic figure (an underserved youth of color), so he had Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights which were violated by Officer Darren Wilson. On the other hand, LaVoy Finicum was an unsympathetic figure (a right-wing, gun-owning good ‘ol boy), and a potential threat, so he was fair game to be gunned down in the snow.

For the right, LaVoy Finicum was a sympathetic figure (a God-fearing family man), so he had Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights which were violated by the FBI. On the other hand, Michael Brown was an unsympathetic figure (a young, black “thug”), and a potential threat, so he was fair game to be gunned down in the street.

Both are blinded by their respective bigotries to the truth that rights are inherent to the individual, and are not based on group identity or cultural affinity.

Nobody should be gunned down in the road like a rabid dog, regardless of whether the individual is a pillar of his community or a hardened criminal, a philanthropic saint or an incorrigible misanthrope. Every individual has an inalienable right to life: a right not to be killed unless that individual is presenting an imminent threat to the life of someone else.

And violence is only self-defense, if such an imminent threat is real. There are no “oopsies” allowed: not for cops, for Feds, or for anybody else. Killing someone is not “self-defense” just because you “thought” a threat existed.

And it doesn’t matter how paranoid their officer training has made them. It doesn’t matter how many times they’ve practiced with “No More Hesitation” targets with pictures of children, pregnant women, and elderly folk pointing guns at them. Murder is murder.

Silence...Have you heard any rumblings in the Oath Keeper camp...I am sure there are many Patriots waiting for leadership.Mr. Rhodes wanted to take leadership of the Liberty movement. It is time he takes action. His silence is consent.I keep expecting him to make a formal announcement as I am sure many are.I have heard nothing...If Mr. Rhodes thinks he can lobby them in Washington with his leverage, he must start applying pressure to the lever.He must at least give a stand by order.

Stewart is riding pretty low, evading further scrutiny from the DOJ and Loretta Lynch.

LEGAL ACTION AGAINST STEWART WOULD RESULT IN A SERIOUS FIREFIGHT and loss of lives.

But he is not poking the "agenda driven" RED Bear.

Too many active Law Enforcement and Military members in the ranks to let that happen.

Because of this intimidation,.. unfortunately, I am not optimistic for OK leadership to be initiating an actual physical deployment anytime soon.

I believe that any near term action will likely have to come from the (PPN) Pacific Patriots Network.

So then I must look at Stewart and the Oath Keepers as just a Lobbying tool for the liberty movement. I gave them to much importance in matters.He gave a stand down order pointed at the Oregon issue that he never should have gave then. Many people did not go because of that order. He may have been the single biggest reason for failure...Yes his roll has lost value to me now..His Oath Keeper`s is now a mere bureaucracy that will fall inline with the rest of the good doers in Washington...I am disappointed.

Mr. Rhodes is just as guilty of empowering himself with a relevant niche in Washington as those who embed with other  bureaucracy`s such as Heritage foundation,CPAC, Judicial Watch, and others who just prey on donations from those willing to dig in their pockets to protect Liberty. This is terrible because for them to actually fix the problems we pay them to fix, would be committing personal economic suicide...It is the same as asking a career politician to shrink government. AIN`T GONNA HAPPEN...

MRAPS speeding up your driveway, drones flying overhead, and a 150 man SOD-X or FBI SWAT team with heavy breaching gear and an arrest warrant for you personally signed by Loretta Lynch, personally, forces you to re-think your immediate personal actions, when your every breath or call to action effects many peoples lives and fortunes.

Especially, your family's and your own.

There are Militia's that can very quickly disappear into "an ocean of wilderness" that would be much more effective at smash and go guerilla tactics, at this time, as the OK prepares to take a different and much revised tact.

It's crystal clear that 150 man deployments of the past, will be met with lawless political assassinations and flagrant military style arrests.

Future calls to action, "by any organization with an FBI assaultable fixed base of operations", are going to be "forced to include severely ramped up logistics, and thousands, not hundreds of armed personnel" as the only possible way to avoid persecution, prosecution, and cold-blooded assassinations by the BLM, the FBI and the far left-wing commie terrorist sick-o's in the DOJ.

Valerie Jarrett sits on the top of the chain of command. Just look at her murdering Jerry Dahmer eye's. She is a positively insane Iranian born devout Islamist who will give the order to assassinate American Patriots without batting an eyelash.

Valerie Jarrett and Loretta Lynch, are two of Obama's co-conspirator's that know everything about the Nation of Islam, but NOTHING about our founding Fathers.

American Patriots mean pig-shit, less than nothing to them.

That DOJ "safety's off first" lack of respect for patriot's lives, but also for the rule of constitutional law, turns everything going forward into a volatile powder keg.

Stewart faces a mountainous challenge going forward. One that will require much intellect and some good old fashioned horse sense as well.

Future actions are ALL going to be on a much larger scale with much larger and more immediate consequences due to the usurping DOJ's "safety's off first" lack of respect for lawful patriot's lives.

Don't be disappointed.

Stewart was never included in any planning for the Malheur Refuge debacle.

He was only engaged well after the fact with the PPN to insure that the Malheur Refuge situation did not turn into another "WACO" bloodbath. OK was "never committed to anything but a small contingent for perimeter security to this end goal".

Stewart however, still went to Oregon and was on site at the Malheur Refuge and did WAY MORE than people know publicly, to get women and children and adults that were willing to leave, out of the refuge without, harm, arrest, or intimidation. He was successful in achieving that goal.

Stewart met one-on-one with Lavoy and Ammon trying to get them shuttled (I offered broad logistics, including renting a passenger shuttle coach) to take them to Grant County way early on in the debacle.

Example;(part #4 proposal to Lavoy Finicum and Ammon Bundy. Acquire (rent/lease) a large shuttle bus that could carry the occupiers and their gear, put them into it and get them far away from the Malheur Wildlife Refuge. Have a security detail move any occupier vehicles left behind to a secret undisclosed rendezvous point far away from the Malheur Wildlife Refuge in Grant County where their owners could safely be reunited with their vehicles.) Stewart Rhodes, the OK, and constitutional Sheriff Glenn Palmer guaranteed their safe passage to Grant County in order to get them safely out of the BLM refuge early on.

Ammon Bundy flatly refused to leave when Stewart tried to personally, and safely move him and his protest group to Grant County where a constitutional Sheriff resided.

Brilliant advice from Stewart Rhodes that would have gone MUCH further to advancing, legitimizing, and adding tremendous longevity to their Anti-BLM, pro-rancher cause.

Stewart Rhodes absolutely knew immediately that it was way too dangerous to stay in Harney County which had an appointed/unelected BLM agent Ward for its Sheriff and a horribly corrupt (owned), BLM serving Judge.

Stewart told all of this to Ammon Bundy, but Ammon would not leave, he was on a mission from God.

Unfortunately, Ammon Bundy did eventually, obliviously and recklessly, decide to make the exact same Stewart Rhodes recommended move to Grant County, but weeks later, and obliviously without any protection or support, and Lavoy Finicum was assassinated in a Leviathan orchestrated inescapable "kill-box" trap..

The rest is history. But Stewart Rhodes showed just how incredibly smart and visionary that he was early on. He called the situation correctly very early on.

Had Ammon listened and followed Stewart's advise right away, Lavoy would be alive today and exposing lawless BLM abuses.

I believe that Leviathan was using this situation to "bait" Stewart Rhodes from day one. Because they were.

What should have happened was, the Sheriff should have came to meet them and provided an escort back to his county, pretending they were arrested or in protective custody with a court order stating the same to avoid any problems.

Sheriff Glenn Palmer from Grant County may of had a real hard time doing anything legally in Harney County without the BLM or the FBI getting involved later on into the ill-conceived Refuge debacle.

This "Occupy" operation was not sound tactically right from the get-go, nor was the facility defensible.

But Glenn Palmer could have used several cruiser's loaded with Deputies and shotguns, or a well guarded motor coach and just swiftly taken them out in the early A.M. hours without incident.

But none-the-less, it would have all had to have taken place earlier on as Stewart Rhodes tried to facilitate, well before the FBI reinforcements, National Guard Sod-X teams, UN French Mercenaries, the State Police Special Forces Unit, and the Governor got so heavily involved.

Ammon was communicating with his God and it delayed his instincts of self-preservation.

This goes to illuminate how absolutely critical it is that people make absolutely certain that they elect only sworn constitutional Sheriff's.

.............He made a call to not go to Oregon. By him doing that many who Lavoy and Ammon were banking on to show up did not move. Many Patriots were not happy to stay put...I followed it every day for hours a day. I know the truth of what went down...In fact Lavoy and Stewart were in conference a day or two before the murder. Stewart advised Lavoy to leave Harney county ,and go to a county with a constitutional sheriff. I am sure the FBI were listening to that call. You can not say Stewart was not invilved.
