Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

I would suggest you wait until Obama, at least, names the nominee before addressing the issue. Secondly, it would be much better timing if you wait until after super Tuesday's primaries because we will know who the republican nominee will be. At that time, you can assess our chances of winning the WH and which republican senators will mostly likely lose their reelection.
There is the key point from Jay, "we know we can stop his nomination from being approved." That is exactly why Obama is moving forward with this nomination, he knows it has no chance to be approved. Yet it is critical to his legacy and the survival of his programs that a democrat names that nominee and a democratic senate confirms. How best to achieve that objective? Make it a key deciding point for the electorate for this 2016 presidential election. Issues like this drive the voter turnout for the democrats to the highest levels. Republican have to turn their support group out when the democrat turnout is low. Whenever the democrat turnout is high there aren't enough republican supporter to turn out that can equal opposition especially in key states. Remember Obama's objective is not to name the replacement his objective is to get a liberal judge to replace Scalia's vacancy. His plan has better chances of success than our plan. In politics, the name of the game is winning. Winners are always the smarter team.
