Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

In the wake of last week’s terrorist attack in California and liberals’ misplaced outrage over the availability of firearms for self-defense for Americans, it’s worth remembering just what can happen when there’s a good guy with a gun around to stop the back guy in his tracks.
In April, a driver for the freelance taxi company Uber demonstrated for even liberals to see that the best way Americans can fight back against mass shooters is to be armed and ready to defend themselves or save lives. That’s exactly what he did when he pulled out his concealed carry weapon and injured a gunman who began shooting into a crowd.
The incident occurred in Chicago, when the driver had dropped off a passenger just before Everardo Custodio, 22, opened fire in Chicago’s Logan Square, according to the Chicago Sun Times. The driver was watching a group of people pass in front of his car on North Milwaukee Avenue when Custodio began firing into their direction.
The driver drew his weapon and fired six shots at Custodio, who was wounded in the thigh, shin and lower back.
Police in the area heard the shots and arrived on the scene where they found Custodio on the ground. They recovered a handgun near his body.
The Uber driver stayed on the scene and provided information to police and faced no charges.
Illinois Assistant State’s Attorney Barry Quinn confirmed the driver “had a concealed-carry permit and acted in the defense of himself and others,” according to the Chicago Tribune.
Uber spokeswoman Jen Mullin, said the company requires all its drivers to abide by all laws — local, state and federal — when carrying firearms in vehicles.
The attempted shooting left no one but Custodio injured.
This incident is a classic example of how the Second Amendment works and why Americans need to be armed and ready for any situation at any time. The police cannot be everywhere and legally armed Americans are the best answer for shooters and angry mobs intending to hurt or kill them.
This made liberals crazy because they couldn’t deny the fact that this Uber driver saved lives. But it’s a truth they have to face.

funny thing about that HR 237 FTO dont see anywhere that it says that a persons citizenship can be revoked, so I dont see how it applies here..
due process ...when they come back in country arrest them and give them a trial and then hang them
careful hank some might think your a racist...cause thats what it sounds like
Blades, Kevin,
Take the argument private Please. Argue all you want in private messages but you both are coming close to overstepping the limits requiring tact and diplomacy on the main page. No one has went beyond it yet in my opinion, but it's coming close.

sorry mac just trying to stay on topic and not letting it get personal while still getting to the truth..
may I ask one more question on the public side ???
I don't mind people asking questions about anything as long as they keep the phrasing civil.
thanks ...
Kevin
since this whole thing is about Trump banning Muslims from entering the USA ..
How would a president trump do this??????
A- sign an executive order banning Muslims from entering the US
or
B- ask congress to make a law banning Muslims from entering the US
or
C- any other idea you may have
I do not know how he would do it. I would imagine through constitutional methods. I am interested in his ideas about how. A POTUS can use executive orders to protect us. So I think that he might try that if he was President. But he is calling for it to be done now The only thing I see coming out of him speaking out about it. Is a political calling to keep him relevant in the news cycle`s. Now as the media and the opposing candidates pile on him. He will start in with caliphate lessons. And condemn the the movement. He will create big headlines about the Caliphate because that`s what he does. He is a master at getting people to listen to what he is saying. Now that I give you my theory on this. Just remember you heard it here first. Because I know if things do not go down like I say, you will be sure to let me know. And yes I do believe that Trump is just learning about the caliphate resently. .But he is ahead of most of the others. Now BLADES do not challenge me for I am not interested in arguing about theory. You can say I was Wrong when I am wrong. I put things out there like I do to just share my thoughts. These are just opinions obviously. You do not have to agree . But I just offer a vision of how things might happen. To challenge someone who is just offering a vision is only creating static. If you dont agree like I said. Just try saying nothing. It helps with the team effort here.
well for not wanting a challenge you have a lot to say...
I will finish this by saying;
I will never vote for someone that will sign an EO to single out a specific religion and banning them, while at the same time ignoring the power he has under the law to solve the problem...
whats next internment camps...those were an EO if I'm correct
why is it that no one is willing to talk about the cause of the problem and what caused it..or those that have sworn an oath to deal with it..ie the GOP....we just spin our wheels thinking one man can solve a problem this big....didn't we learn from Obama
thats me saying nothing!
mark levins take on it

Very good. Blades let me just say in a personal note. That I will defend your right to vote for who ever you want and for any criteria you wish to use.
