The Plan is made of ten (10) parts, which provide a nearly step by step guide to Restoration of Constitutional Government.

Be sure to read the Preface as it provides an explanation as to why the Plan was written. Understand that, though detailed, there is no plan that works to perfection. It is only a guide and would require field adjustment to meet the exigent circumstances.

The Plan comes in two PDF versions. The first has links to Internet articles that are asides (useful information relating to specific provisions of the Plan and historical background supportive of the hypothetical course of action).

The second includes an Appendix of all external links so that if the Internet is lost, all of the direct lengths are still available.
