We The People USA

Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

Those who pay any attention at all to positions put forth by the ruling class from the left and the Rino's from the right are often dumbfounded and seen scratching their heads in disbelief. You will hear them mutter why would they do such a thing?

Take the recent vote about stopping refuges from coming to America from countries that support terrorism. Rubio and Gram don't want to stop it based on their votes but Cruz and Paul do. The Democrats clearly don't want to stop them from coming in even in the wake of the California shooting.

On its face this is one of those dumfounded scratch your head moments, however it also demonstrates why the truth is worse then you might think. If you stop thinking about how these decisions will effect your families life and think like a politician you see a clear and in cases like this a deadly answer.

Washington is all about power and control, We The People are willing to give them more when we fear. A case in point after 911 no one objected to new laws removing our privacy rights to help fight terror, we are equally inclined to accept bad law when riots fill the streets.

So from Washington's point of view Americans will accept bad law when they are scared, so why not allow more and more violent extremists in to create that fear. When you listen to the radical left in their speeches you will hear the words "bottom up" as they make every attempt insight violence.

Bottom up is an innocuous term ignored by the media except they do know what is meant by it. You see communists understand that by in sighting violence among the people, the people will then call for new laws to fix it. This is how control is taken from the people at their request hence bottom up demands top down.

Bottom up = violence
Top down = government intervention.

To fool the people the government is often creating laws that start a problem with the voters so the people will scream for them to fix it only the fix just creates more bad government. Today we see efforts to do the unthinkable and bring in more and more people who want to do us harm. The why is what hurts but we do have an option as Americans, vote for people who do not support this madness in the primaries.

It is clear Trump and Cruz offer us a way from the madness of the current white house but look to all office holders if they support insanity vote them out. We the people are tired of bottom up and top down governance, lets elect Conservatives who want to do the right thing not Republicans or democrats.

Lets all do our duty and save America.

I didnt give an opinion I stated fact...he will still be a billionaire and have all his fancies so sorry you are wrong in your statement that he is putting everything on the line...plain and simple reality

and so you state even if he loses he will win by increasing his market value 10 fold ...you realize you just proved your own statement wrong....

Blade I think you are mixing my opinion on Trump with someone else. I agree with you, he will remain rich after this process, win or lose. I said he never risks his own money, he never does. Where is it that you and I disagree on Trump?

think i did....maybe....not sure...but yes we agree

Jack You sound like I did 3 months ago. I have payed attention and put him under a microscope as I do with all of them. Yes his arrogance bothers me. But i got past it. I do not have to hang out with him. I think it was you that I told that my nephew played golf with him. Anyway, I have come to think he truly wants to fix our country, and it will take someone like him to do it. Career politicians have ruined it. I have said and have heard many others say that we need to have a business person run the country. I am sure you have heard and maybe even said it yourself. Only you know that. But here is our chance to take that shot. Now my first choice is still Rand Paul. But things do not look real good in his camp. So I am left with basically Cruz and Trump. ...Cruz is a smart career politician who knows how to play the constitutional path. He is very guarded in what he says. No foot in his mouth for sure.   You know he is a career politician, so you can not argue there. Making a living in the political industry, by nature one would not want to change things too much in the industry that he gains his wealth. So that by my criteria is a strike on him. But his choice of being a strong conservative I like. But will still leave our country divided. I am sick of watching People talking trash both ways about fellow Americans because we do not have a , or have not had a President that can unite us in a long time....That is how I see it. I would appreciate , and am interested in hearing your take on the situation.-

I have tried to vet the candidates as best I can up to this point. I needed no research on Trump though because he is an open book and his character and background has already been well established. I know he is the worst possible choice for our country. Not a bad choice, the worst choice. As far as the other candidates, I have considered three, but at this point I do not think two of the three has any chance to get the nomination. I am not happy with any of the choices this election cycle, but there is nothing I can do about that. I can only select the one who I think has the best chance to win the general election and there is a chance we can get him/her trough the nomination process. That being said, from a skill criteria, I originally thought Carli showed the most ability to get things done in Washington, and then my second choice was Christ and lastly my hopes fell to Bush. All had weak positions in key areas, but all three could do the job without much damage to our country, and they certainly would cause fewer problems than any democrat could offer. All three would have great difficulty securing the nomination given the mood of the republican voters. Only Carli seem to me that she could put together a campaign that might give Hillary a fight. Certainly a big risk, but at this point, I hand no horse I could handicap that would show any odds of victory in the general election. I live in TN so I will be making my selection early. I doubt if the first three primaries will give me a solid position on who will win the nomination, but I should know by then if any of my three are out of the running. Then it will require me selecting another group of three potential finishers.

Fair enough, I just want to add that defeating isis is not the end of our Muslim problem. I do not know if you understand the Caliphate that is growing in our country. But i hope you educated well on the subject ,because we will need a leader who will not be afraid to offend them by calling out Shria law.. This will take someone who does not cower to political correctness. Defeating ISIS is a small part and will not stop the caliphate.Jeb does not even reconize that we have a Muslim Problem.

Jack let me invite you to take a look at the new thread I started called the Caliphate. It is a educational discussion directed at giving knowledge of the huge coming  problem and the Sharia law movement that is well established already in our country. I certainly hope you check it out and comment or ask any question you would like on the subject. I am well educated on the topic and would appreciate any challenge of the facts.

Kevin, I have been reading the information you have provided on the Caliphate. I am no expert on this subject that you may be, but I am willing to review what you have to offer and to research the subject as much as possible. I am not inclined at this point to be overly concerned with such an act in America. I do think it has potential in other countries, but it will not be so easy for the believers to pull this off here. I can't discuss the matter intelligently enough because I lack the research knowledge. I wanted to be up front honest with you to expose my skepticism, but I will try to better inform so I can exchange opinions on the issue.

Dang Kevin talk about shoving things down peoples throat...
