Crooked politicians must be held accountable for the crimes they have done. Trump is the only one who will do it. To elect a POTUS who will not prioritize fixing our criminal political system will not be good enough for me.We will not get another one like Trump ,who will bitch slap the evil out of Washington politics..No one can deny that Trump is crazy enough to do it. But he needs us to want it fixed. He can not stand alone..This is that time in history. The time that many have hoped. Turn your back on this opportunity,and we are done. THAT IS THE TRUTH OF IT.

Judges cannot be fired.  They can only be impeached and, even then, only for crimes.  In the past there have actually been federal judges, up to and including SCOTUS, who were demented and refused to step down from the bench.  NOTHING could be done since dementia is not a crime.

Have you read my proposed amendment on the judiciary?  If adopted, it would solve such issues.

I have read those proposals and do agree with them. Now I remember that Obama had fired over 80% of all the Bush appointed judges after it slithered into the soon to be called the "not so White House". So that can be done by a president.

Could you please provide the documentation of Obama firing federal judges?  Article III, Section One states, "The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour . . . ".

NOWHERE does the Constitution grant the Executive (President) authority over the Judiciary, let alone grant the Executive the power to fire judges or justices, period.

IF Obama actually could fire judges and/or justices, don't you think Obama would have fired ALL conservative judges and/or justices?

Further, FDR tried to pack SCOTUS by trying to increase the number of justices to (I forget off the top of my head) either 11 or 13.  IF the Executive could fire federal judges, why would FDR need to increase the size of SCOTUS when he could just replace conservatives with liberals?

Again, I would sincerely like to know where you heard that Obama fired judges.

ALTHOUGH, it is possible that Obama may have withdrawn some pending (but not confirmed) Bush appointees to the federal bench.

No harm, no foul.  I too sometimes (more than I would like) get things wrong.  It is very hard to stay accurately informed given the corrupt media and their penchant for bending the truth into a pretzel.

WOLF and OREN...I heard today from some talking head..White Board Carl. That if Bernie were to win the nomination..The establishment Dems. are afraid that would effect the down ballot slots. I would have to agree with the douche bag on that. So your hoping for Bernie to win ,gains a little more weight. I have argued that I would not want the commy party to gain status with our young useful idiots.  But to be honest..I do not know how it will effect things for certain. So I will not take much of a stance on it. But it is worthy of being on the radar as a possible problem....But one thing for certain. Teaching the truth of it is important......

I was listening to Glenn Beck earlier this morning and Sean Hannity in the afternoon on a local talk radio station. Some one was saying that if it came down to President Trump and Bloomburg that would be a fight, with the way he has been talking about blacks and others, his chance of being given a New York beat down really looks good. All President Trump would have to do is to air the garbage he has said about blacks, then bring up how the police and firefighters have been turning their backs to him when he has been talking smack. 
Bernie on the other hand is so beatable because all one has to do is bring up his 3 homes and a few other items which can be verified and he has lost. He will lose by opening his mouth and praising "Socialism" then blown away with facts showing Socialism is pure misery.

If it is Bernie. Many Dems. would stay home on Nov.3rd. Mike is very much disliked as a person. He does not relate to folks. And the Gay guy is like Mr. Rogers.The Dems. got nothing.zilch. nodda.......It`s a scary thought, but the only way they can beat Trump is to kill him....And then the country falls into total chaos. ..Which the Soros gang would love.
