Crooked politicians must be held accountable for the crimes they have done. Trump is the only one who will do it. To elect a POTUS who will not prioritize fixing our criminal political system will not be good enough for me.We will not get another one like Trump ,who will bitch slap the evil out of Washington politics..No one can deny that Trump is crazy enough to do it. You absolutely correct in your statement. However it is hard to fill a jar when the lid is still screwed on tight in regards to the minds of many younger Americans.

I get more then enough opportunity to interact with the younger generations for I am constantly working to hire the ones that have not yet consumed too much Kool Aid.

For many of then (not all) nothing matters but what they get in direct relation to what they want. The Constitution, Financial RESPONSIBILITY, and many other traits and understandings just roll off of them like cooking oil in a hot pan.

But they are simply a product of their environment. Mommies that want their children to want for nothing and be better than the next mothers child, an educational system that teaches them there are no boundaries, that everything should be free while never even mentioning that for every right and privilege there is an equal amount of responsibility and effort required from them.

Case point, I had a young man turn down a starting position with our company making $60,000 + per year and another $45,000 in medical and retirement benefits because he wanted a management position. He was 19, no work experience and living with mommy and daddy. How do you hold a conversation about personal responsibility or our Constitutional Rights with that?

Interesting article, and correct on every point, EXCEPT . . .

Like so many of the articles you send me and others, it clearly and succinctly outlines the generally accepted problem but ignores the real, underlying problem, instead focusing on some intellectual, hypothetical 'solution', in this case, Congress.   Really?!   Does the author really believe that a Democrat/RINO/never-Trump Congress would EVER even entertain, for a moment, following the law and supporting the President?   

The underlying problem, the cancerous rot that is slowly metastasizing the Constitution and Law into a Walking Dead version of its former glorious self is the judicial system itself.   Over many, many decades the Left has managed to infiltrate and corrupt all areas, aspects, and nooks and crannies of American culture and law, including the judiciary.   Unless and until we can cut this cancer out of our law, it will only get worse.   

A secondary problem is the GOP and those 'wizards of smart' advisors and attorneys surrounding and advising Trump.   There is an old saying, "If you control what a man knows, you control what he thinks".   I strongly suspect that they intentionally keep important information and options from the President, knowing that he cannot and will not do what he can do if he is never told about it.

The third problem is the educational system that has been infiltrated and coopted by Communists and Leftists who teach our young the 'glories' of Communism and Socialism and, simultaneously propagandize them about the 'evils' of capitalism, freedom, and the Constitution.   The young graduate with their heads filled with half truths (which are, therefore, half lies), believing that America can, will, and should be transformed into some sort of utopia.   

Now, let me explain what I mean.

Any Executive Order issued by Trump will instantly be challenged in court, probably by California and other midnight blue States.   It will be brought before some equally blue, teary-eyed ignoramus of a District Judge who will manufacture some warped 100 page ruling to defend the indefensible.   BUT, as I have so often pointed out, when a State sues the United States, ONLY the Supreme Court can hear the case (Article III, Section Two, Paragraph Two).   Ergo, President Trump could legally and constitutionally ignore any District Court and/or Appellate Court ruling unless and until the Supreme Court hears the case and rules against him.

BUT HE WILL NEVER BE TOLD!

I have tried repeatedly to get anyone in government to listen to me.   The silence has been deafening!   They don't know, they don't want to know, don't tell them!  And, if they do know, they're not telling Trump.   Given the above, any Executive Order on this issue will be condemned to winding its way through the enemy lines of a corrupt judiciary until it reaches the Supreme Court.   Even then, there is no guarantee of success.

Plus, any ensuing Leftist President could undo all progress, just as happened to all the successes made by Reagan.   I don't see much hope at this point.   The Left has successfully cheated its way into control of the House with the open promise of stopping Trump and his agenda at all cost.   They are Communism's 'useful idiots' (think Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez) who sincerely believe they can achieve what has never been achieved, do what has never been done, build what has never been built -- A SOCIALIST UTOPIA!   Their version of equality is for everyone (except themselves, of course) to be equally impoverished and enslaved, under the naïve notion that they, themselves, will magically be in charge and not cast into the Hell they create for the rest of us.   Yeah, right!   

Our ONLY hope for a peaceful resolution at this point lies in a Convention of States.   But even that hope is beginning to fade.   I have talked to many, many State legislators, always with the same excuse, "We just can't do that, Oren.   It's just too hard and we don't have the votes".   They refuse to even try.   They are waiting for the bus to plunge over the cliff, THEN, ON THE WAY TO THE ROCKS BELOW, TURN BACK THE HANDS OF TIME.   Gee, I know I can't wait.   

I really don't want or need to be famous or a recognized 'expert', but apparently that's what is necessary to be heard.   All the expertise and knowledge in the world is no substitute for fame and fortune.   Look at all the Hollywood dimbulbs, flapping their gums over things they literally know NOTHING about, whose mindless opinions are blasted all over the airwaves with total fealty from their equally mindless followers.   Yet, sentient and salient knowledge, based in the law, Constitution, and history are ignored, all because the speaker is not rich or famous, but is just one of the 'dirty, little people'.   it pisses me off to no end.

Rush is right (and wrong) when he says, "You can't argue with them; all you can do is defeat them."   Well, there is no defeating them, sad to say.   They are lost in the desert of ignorance, pursuing the mirage of utopia, stumbling ever forward towards the disaster they pursue.   Rush, the fact is, THEY ARE DEFEATING US!   Commie educators and professors and politicians are slowly and inexorably educating the masses into the religion of Communism.   Meanwhile, those masses are breeding themselves into demographic supremacy.   

There WILL come a day when WE are rounded up and killed, for the betterment of society, of course.   Then, all will be 'right' with the world.   And, all because too few on our side would fight, instead keeping their heads in the sand, hoping against hope the storm would somehow, magically, mysteriously, mystically pass them by.

This could be turned around, but . . .     There are those, even in my own family, who tell me I am "over the edge".   No, I'm not.   They are just trying to weather a storm they have turned a blind eye to.   In their heart of hearts they know it's coming, but just want to keep their head down and hope for the best.   They won't even contact their legislators, House members, or Senators (too much trouble I suppose).   Good luck with that.   Then, when I am dead and gone and they, their children, and their grandchildren are cast into slavery, I hope they remember my words.
