What I remember from the original Phoenix program was the fact that it was infiltrated very early on, and even though the superiors were notified that field operatives suspected  that to be the fact, they blindly proceeded to continue with it because they could not resolve the failure with their massive EGO's. We ended up killing many real Anti-Communist assets that were pointed out by the infiltrated agents as being Communist operatives instead of loyalists to the cause of eradicating Communism in Vietnam. In fact that program more than any other Bureaucrat initiated fiasco contributed to the eventual loss we had in Vietnam. I'll bet the new Phoenix as set out in this video is worse than the first one. However the technology that is cited does exist and is being used. We are at a time in history that is extremely dangerous. IF the Dems are successful , and Impeach President Trump. Much will change for the worse. The division that the NWO clan wants ,will be huge.Much civil disorder will be the new normal. Much death will occur... The prospect of a full blown Civil  War will be real. I would like to see the right wing masses rally in protest in a big way during a Senate hearing if and when one occurs.To show force via protest will deter an impeachment from going forth. If the silent majority stays silent in the face of Tyranny , that would pave the way for the left to put the final push towards over throwing We The People`s choice....Like I said.
