America`s best cheerleader...
...Listen to the speaker in the beginning of videoI think Trump will do better in the next two debates with Hillary, but he'll need to stay on song with "Make America Great Again" and "Tough Immigration Policy", but also "The American Dream" - very important IMO
We can only hope.

Hank I agree that unions are a problem with business today but the problem is caused at the local level. I have been on both sides of the table, union member and union officer as well as non union management positions. In my career I have shutdown 4 union plants and relocated them to other parts of the country. Each plant had thousands of employees and the new ones started had 2/3"s the employee staff and out produced the union plants in less than a year. It all starts with the people who work at the plant. They know when the union is getting out of control. I remember being a union official and pleading with the union higher level officials that their actions would only hurt the workers in a very short time. They ignored my warning and the union struck the plant in 1970 and again in 1973. This is a plant were factory workers were making an average of $33K per year and doing nothing to earn that level of pay. In 1974 we began moving the manufacturing site to a new location and by 1975 it was up and running. Within another year 9,000 employees were out of a job and finding work paying $12K per year and working twice as hard. In the end the union lost, the employee lost and the community lost. All because someone thought you can bully your way to your desired outcome. Needless to say there isn't a bully big enough to achieve that goal anywhere in the world.
Did you read these amendment proposals Hank ? That Convention Simulation was a good idea, a practice run for the real thing if it ever comes off. I can just see Mangus there at that Simulation
Here's a quick preview. The Convention passed amendment proposals on the following six ideas:
1. The public debt shall not be increased except upon a recorded vote of two-thirds of each house of Congress.
2. Term limits on Congress
3. Limiting federal overreach by returning the Commerce Clause to its original meaning
4. Limiting the power of federal regulations by giving an easy congressional override
5. Require a super majority for federal taxes and repeal the 16th Amendment
6. Give the states (by a 3/5ths vote) the power to abrogate any federal law, regulation or executive order.

You want to something serious to instill fear in politicians??? Then:
* institute the 'vote of no confidence' mechanism.
* strengthen the recall of congresscritters initiative at the state level.
