Her program files were stolen from within the Florida Department of Education and official evidence was fabricated which showed that she received funding when in fact, she did not. It soon turned into a “witch hunt” targeting evangelical Christians and she became the central target of a federal corruption probe and was almost indicted for crimes that she did not commit.

A sympathetic state lawmaker, Al Lawson, is sponsoring a restitution bill in the Florida legislature to reclaim what she has lost. But given the current economic situation, there’s absolutely no guarantee the bill will ever see the light of day.

Her case sets a huge precedent in that "a state agency has no responsibility to keep its employees from making false statements during a criminal investigation" This means that the agency's employees can make any FALSE accusations that they want to and there is no accountability! Perjury doesn't apply to government employees when they are making false accusations against Christians! She was almost put in prison for YEARS because of evidence that was fabricated.
