Interesting but in view of the Patriot Act they can get away with nusing the device at their discretion. Think of the good uses for it like finding Child Porn on some creeps phone, or finding a link to a terrorist organizations tactical planning etc. It is a violation of our civil rights though. Maybe the guidelines ( Law ) should give specifics that are exempt and ban use of information that does not come under those guidelines for any prosecution or investigation purposes.
