All you need to know about Dr. Orly's Defend our Freedoms Convention.

Hello Patriots,

As you know the Defend our Freedoms Convention is being held in Ft. Worth May 8th-10th. The Early Bird Registration fee ends on March 8th; however, I am pushing to get as many registrations in by Sun night as possible. On Monday, I will be talking with the hotel and want to make any changes necessary at that time. After that, Dr. Orly will be responsible for paying for those people who are in the minimum block of rooms/meals but decide not to attend. She is doing all the work on her own without the benefit of many donations and cannot afford this additional expense.

Due to slow dial-up, I have the convention and hotel reservation forms on another site for you to easily download. If for some reason you are unable to download it, let me know. All the information you need to review is there; i.e., hotel reservations, convention fees and reservations, t-shirt or bumper sticker purchases, someone to contact for airline reservations, etc. Check all the blogs and forums for the Defend our Freedoms Convention group as all posts has to do with the convention.

If you are going to attend, you need to download the convention reservation form, complete it, and email it to me at [e-mail].

The hotel reservation form has to be sent to/called in to the hotel. This cannot be done until the hotel gets our information in the system once the revised contract has been signed. I know I have given dates but things keep getting changed which put the date off. I would say, at this point, plan on doing the hotel reservation later next week. This will not affect your convention registration being processed. The rooms are already blocked, it is just a matter of how many we want to block and that is why I need you to please send your registration into me asap.

Please distribute this information to all your lists/blogs/forums. I actually got an email yesterday from someone asking me what the convention is. There are still many people to reach. If you attend a tea party, take the flyers to hand out so more people will know about the convention.

If you cannot attend, but would like to donate toward the convention or help someone who can't afford to come on their own, then contact me. There is a different PayPal account to use than the one on Orly's site in order to better track the financial for the convention.
