AMA Backs Obama care----Lets fight back

Attached is a sample letter to send to your doctors. The AMA will listen to their memership even if they wont listen to you.


Dear Doctor So and So,

I am writing you today as one of your patients that is very concerned about health; the health of our nation. As you may be aware the AMA has come out in support of Barrack Obama’s “Health Care” plan. As an educated man I am sure you know the difference between socialism and capitalism, freedom and tyranny. I also think you can see how this government takeover of the health care field is not an advancement of freedom. It is a shame what the government has done with our education system, Social Security, Medicare… and about everything they touch. Bigger government isn’t better, just more controlling. Consider this, just about every piece of law Mr. Obama has presented has promoted his Statist ends. Our nation is financially bankrupt and yet he spends like mad. Even if the press reports this plan to be peachy, you must only look at who Mr. Obama is to see where this will lead.

Once done, this “Health Care Reform” can not be undone. This is not just a bad budget, or a new law, this is long term policy; just like Social Security. It can’t be undone nor will it ever get fixed; just like Social Security. Yes, health care as it stands today is a bit rugged and expensive. But why? As you ponder that, I ask you to consider if government interference, regulation, tort law, or the leftist legal climate had anything to do with it.

So I am asking you today, if you are a member of the AMA, to ask them to rescind their endorsement. I ask you to threaten to pull your membership if they continue on such a socialist path. I ask you to do these things because they will not listen to me.
