Analysis: NKorea’s bomb test adds to atomic threat!

Question: Was Vice President Biden correct when he stated that President Obama would be tested by a National Security crisis within six months after taking office and could North Korea’s recent second underground test of a nuclear device and the test-firing of two short-range missiles Tuesday, after test-firing three short-range missiles Monday, be his test?

My recent blog contains articles that seem to suggest that North Korea’s nuclear test makes it no likelier that the regime will actually launch a nuclear attack, but it adds a scary dimension to another threat: the defiant North as a facilitator of the atomic ambitions of others, potentially even terrorists-You Decide:
